Hi I purchased the KIDOZ 10.1″Android Wifi Tablet – Pink on the 21st August 2023 for my granddaughter and it never stays charged. My grandson has an Amazon kids tablet and it stays charged for hours/days. I have had replies and I have asked to send this back under warrenty and all of a sudden emails go quiet and I have not heard anything back from the company. Shame on you Little Nation if you want to sell the products then you have to stand behind them with warrenties etc. Has anybody had these problems from this company regarding faulty goods?

Does anyone know how to get in touch with the company?? They told us our Trike had been sent by courier and the courier must of lost it. We than called toll with the tracking number and they said it had never been picked up. Reading the other reviews looks like they are playing games and actually don’t have stock! FML

Hi Little Nation just a simple question have been attempting for days now to find out about the status of a package we ordered a month ago, I have had zero response after trying numerous methods. I sat and watched the online chat response for 2 hours with nothing, please provide some kind of response.
