Same here and I am going to do a TP review soon after six months I’m now under care of physio and chiro all due to this rubbish mattress. Just cut loss and get rid of it as U will soon have to do.

I had mine replaced but I had my receipt--guess you should ring them--maybe you can get a copy of your credit card payment to them which should be available from your credit card provider. If you paid by bank transfer or cheque your bank can also help if you know the approximate date of purchase--proof of payment maybe necessary to ensure its within warranty time

Perhaps a point to make is "Studies show that a satisfied customer will tell 2-3 people about his experience with a company. A dissatisfied consumer will share their lament with 8-10 people and some will push that number to twenty." perhaps the site uses a weighted system ? Just the same thank you for your question.

Hi Makin Person, Your reply really tells everybody nothing. The simple fact is your product is just not suitable for normal home use! (OK for jails perhaps). Hi, anybody shopping for a new mattress.

If you live in the Newcastle NSW area, do yourself a favour drive past the Newcastle Makin to Ergoflex just past Maitland to find a product that is of a quality and price that has to be seen to be believed.

Hi Richard, Our reply was simply sharing our opinion on how we think the star system on product review might work after you kindly brought this to our attention with your question. We apologise that you felt this informed yourself and apparently everyone of nothing. Somehow this lead onto yourself stating a "fact" that our product is "not" suitable for normal home use ? We would be very interested in discussing this statement with you further as we have "thousands" of customers that would disagree with this suggested "fact". You then continue to suggest to mattress shoppers to drive right past Newcastle Makin to another company. We would like to think we can please every single one of our customers and this will continue to be our goal at Makin Mattresses, however its a shame you feel the need to remove the ability of allowing others to make their own choice, even the company your suggesting others to visit have had their fair share of disappointed customers, 1 star reviews and very poor experiences and that Richard is also a fact - they can be viewed right here: http://www.productreview.com.au/p/ergo-flex-memory-foam.html?sort=rating_low with part of one review stating " After visiting various mattress stores and reading online reviews. My wife and i have been turning and rotating our Makin matteress Bellisimo for 6 weeks now and it has'nt made an iota of difference, still the worst mattress we have ever experienced.

Hello Bellissimo Handles, a long over due response but let me reassure you that your feedback was reviewed and considered at the time of posting. Makin Mattresses has considered adding handles to their range of double sided mattresses as I am sure some customers may have seen handles on other brands. These handles are for "positioning" the mattresses only and under regular use to flip or rotate a mattress will over time cause damage to the side panels of the mattress, it was with this in mind that Makin Mattresses made the decision to continue to make double sided mattresses "without" handles.
