I am aware of that, and that was not the question. The question was can the volume be adjusted, not how much the amount should be. Thanks anyway.

There's a screw just next to the chain
You need an extra long screwdriver to adjust it
If you take the cover off you will see it

Just in the normal way. The chain tensioner is located on the inside of the bar near the comb It is a flat head screw and can be adjusted with the provided tool. loosen off the two nuts that hold the side cover and bar in place slightly, before winding the screw clockwise to tighten the chain.
Check the chain tension in the middle of the bar. and re-tighten the nuts when you are happy with the tension.
