Why must I resort to this forum to elicit a courtesy response or any form of communication from your company. I refer to submitted warranty work, feedback I provided recently at your request and at least 7 attempts via text, phone and email over 8 days. We are desperate to get away but have issues that need addressing. I was told that we would be absolute priority for any warranty work needed....TALK TO ME

Why don't your supplied batteries have a warranty
Mate nothing has warranty. We have a quote from a canvas repairer who they chose for us to see and he stated in the quote its a manufacture fault not misuse and they still won't repair. Going through ACCC now. They are a nightmare.
Why don't your supplied batteries have any warranty
New car.....new battery.....the battery will have a warranty as if you purchased from a store......then why do your (maybe second hand ) batteries dont have that SAME warranty....
