How do you contact menulog? There email says its no longer monitored. No chat on app. no contact details on website/app. This all seems very dodgy to me. I had an order go from about to be delivered to the delivery time going out to 1hour 15min. So i cancelled but still got charged. There is noone to ask for a refund. This way of operating cant be legal?

I have select the menulog runs for this morning but then i missed my run and i got a notification that i have missed my all runs for next 24 hours then i go to open runs but there was no run available for me but there was a lot of runs for the rest of week and then i try to take that runs but i was unable that was not added to my schedule then i try to logout and login again then the all the runs got disappeared from the open runs may I know whats that is it a account glitch or how can i fix that?
Ordered and paid for KFC on 29jan. Did not receive order. Did report it and want refund. Why do you not reply?
Terrible service. We waited over 2 hours for dinner. I usually order from Uber Eats but I got a 6 month free delivery for Menu Log from my bank offers. Waited 2 hours food was cold and the drinks were spilled on the food. They did refund my order , which I appreciate , but because of the terrible delivery service I am hesitant to order again. Beware of this service as I think they may not have enough drivers to fill orders.
I left clear instructions that my food was to be taken up to the third floor which has never been an issue previously. I am currently recovering from abdominal surgery and I'm not supposed to be coming up and down stairs. The driver kept insisting he had no idea where my apartment was even though he was parked outside and all he had to offer was a comment saying my directions were wrong (he did not seem to know his left from his right) and a sorry. Sorry is a bit crap mate. I could irritate or get an infection in my internal healing wounds because your sorry excuse of a driver had no idea what simple directions are or didn't want to go up a few flights of stairs. Not good enough.
How are we able to get a response from menu log when they say that there emails are no longer monitored and when you call on the telephone you don't get to talk to a real person only a recorded message
You need to contact the department of fair trading in the state you live in , lodge a complaint and then all of a sudden menulog will refund your money. Until you do this you are up against faceless lying grubs (that being menulog)
I recently had a negative experience with Menulog. The driver assigned to my order took an hour to deliver my food from a restaurant that was only 10 minutes away. By the time the food arrived, it was stale and cold, making it unsafe to eat. Additionally, the driver failed to update the app and couldn't be tracked. When the driver finally arrived, he admitted to having my food for an hour and cited a poor excuse of losing his wallet. This conversation was recorded by my Ring doorbell. When I attempted to obtain a refund from Menulog, they repeatedly disconnected the chat and refused to assist me. Given the numerous complaints online, I wonder if anyone has filed a complaint with the ACCC to investigate Menulog's practices?

What's the point replying to a few odd messages on here instead of fixing the root cause of the issue, Menulog? Your reviews are atrocious yet you're burning through millions in ads.
I'm a rider for Menulog since November 2022. They are horrible! No wonder you customers need to wait hours for a burger! We, riders, in order to deliver need to book the shifts in advance or just be looking at the phone 24/7 in order to be able to get a last minute shift! Basically we are competing with each other for scraps and still, customers won't get their food delivered! They are a joke and they seem worsening day by day, I don't understand why they didn't go bankrupt yet! Where they get the funds to pay for their stupid ads? I just hope they shut down, so maybe a proper delivery company can be created instead ( Uber, Doordash are crap too, except they have a better app).
Sorry to hear, I still have not used Menulog since this incident. How much long can they keep treat customers and they drivers like crap for, no doubt they will end up in administration

Order and pay through PayPal because when you have these issues you get your money back and the company gets a black mark against there name with afca enough charge backs and thier ability to bank with reputable sources is affected.
Good advice. I have a favourite fish and chip place that deliver their own food ( delivered by store) a few do this .much better and personalised
Don't you think it's a bit odd out of 5700 or so reviews that 5200 or so gave you one star and you really only respond to 3 stars or above on most but not all,if I got that many bad reviews as a company I'd be pretty ashamed and want to try and fix it

I am trying to contact Menulog for the last week and already sent 11 emails but no reply. They have closed the chat option, no response to sending them an email. My issue is related to Menulog App. My allocated zone is continuously running with one of the runs which were assigned a week ago. My run started from 10.30 pm to 1.30 am in the area of Hobart - East. I am missing all the allocated assigned runs as the app is showing I am already on the run. It's a glitch on my account I believe. I tried all the options mentioned on the internet including, deleting the app, changing the network, and changing the mobile phone but no luck. Could the #menulog team help me in that regards to troubleshoot my account and delete the assigned run so I can start getting orders? Thank you

Once the menulog driver pick up the order from the restaurant, he should press start delivery on the app? eventhough the resto tells him to start delivery.
The driver shouldn't press start delivery until the order is received.
Thats the issue. The driver already received the order but wouldnt press start delivery. He said he will press start delivery when he is on his car and literally starting the delivery.

I ordered from menulog through McDonald and because the person didn't want walk up the stairs so he just said he delivered the food on menulog then I called and they said that since I didn't come down and get the food that they just through it in the bin, so I asked which bin and he said he can't give me that information ... thanks menulog, and be sure I will be getting my money back...

I'm laughing at Menulogs response here. When they make it right they offer you a refund, in ten days... They can't and won't just sort out your order and deliver your food, no you need to pay for another order with your own money and roll the dice to see if it will arrive second time around. This company has no integrity.

Good luck getting a refund, I had to lodge a claim with ACCC just for $60. Took them 4 weeks to give me a refund, then they deleted my account out of spite. Everyone who works at menulog is a sad little man baby, and they deserve to lose their jobs.
same for me...took over a month to get my money back...useless staff...went to my bank got my refund in 6 days...don't bother with menulog...wrote a review, it has been removed. don't know how they get away with it...good luck...just go to your bank. It will take time, but it's worth the effort!! got to show everyone how bad they are.

Placed order with menu log [KFC] Had to ring Menulog so I could find were my order was call centre girl not bad got order 1H 15 min later. Delivery man said there all time waiting for order on phone reason. When got order found seal BROKN and had eaten half the chips out of both hot chip packets. With COVID 19- Delta strain MENULOG please explain Hygiene EXT. and what you will do about it. Order#182280687. Were is government checks on these things.
