How many chocolate bars are needed please, gram weight would be great
I have only just received a second hand Mistral choc fountain although did not have instructions. Could someone please let me know qualities etc. thank you :-)
You will need about 2/3 cup of oil to 1 bag of chocolate chips (i think we use about 3 bags). In a bowl with the oil and chocoloate chips, melt them in the microwave about a minute at a time until its all liquid DO NOT over cook the chocolate chips in the microwave, they will scorch. Once melted pour into the fountain and turn it on. I would do one bag at a time. Hope this helps!
