Did anyone get the money back through paypal?

I did, but only after I opened a dispute in PayPal and complained to fair trading qld. Fair Trading qld contacted my baby store on my behalf and only then the refund was processed through PayPal. It was so time consuming and stressful! I hope they get shut down.

Does anyone have a phone number for this website? i ordered something a month ago and it still hasn't been delivered. (I live Sydney metro) customer service have been really unhelpful and I have asked them to call me but they haven't even acknowledged my email. i am quite upset as i made a big order and supposedly it was posted 2 weeks ago. TIA

unfortunately no, ive had the same trouble! I put through a big order on the 21 feb and wrote an email 2 weeks ago and they said was in the post but i havent been sent tracking info or given any time when should arrive, ughh so annoying! its been well over a mth now and my patience is wearing thin. i hope they arrive soon :/ my baby will be here before his stuff is!

If this company is that dodgy then how are they still allowed to trade? Can't the ACCC close them down. Am beginning to worry. How do I check if my order will be process and delivered cause there is no contact number, what do I do?

I don't know why ACCC or your state consumer protection don't shut them down. But when I read the consumer beware section of WA's consumer protection they said to be wary of websites that don't give phone numbers. Fortunately you are covered by Federal Law so if the item is not sent to you within a reasonable time you can ask for a refund. Just track all email communication with them. Similarly, your credit card bank will have a section about not getting mail order items so you can get them to track the refunds too. It's a real poo, but you never know, you may get your items. Hi Dave. I received my product from My Baby Store and honestly didn't have any issues. I found their email communication to be great - very speedy and informative responses. Just send them an email if you're worried. If you have a similar experience to mine, your product will arrive safely and in perfect condition (it just took a few weeks from my initial order date even though the money was taken straight away).
