Why is that MyEnergyGroup only refer to their own investigation that is not conducted with third party inspection and the original builder? Why is Kate left out of this process and that blame is immediately put onto the builder's work? The photos clearly identify there is a problem with the wiring cable, I can only assume made by MyEnergyGroup. It appears that these solar panel installers are avoiding the core issue, putting blame on a building professional who I am sure would have a lock up report to show building standards were met - very dissimilar to the service MyEnergyGroup "claims" to have provided.

I am a roof tiler by trade , and if MyEnergyGroup cut through sarking which lays under the roof tiles ,then the water getting through the broken roof tiles would find these holes and leak onto the inner roofing , as for the comment from MyEnergyGroup that the sarking was to short and that was the builders fault ,well if that was the case the water would fall into the eaves NOT the inner ceiling space , it appears this group has many customers that are kept happy ,and the customers who have problems with a contractor that MyEnergyGroup hires to do the work passes the Buck and hopes crap flows down hill. But MyEnergyGroup was on the roof so fix your customers 100% roof and water leaks , any body can lay roof tiles , but Not every body can walk on a tiled roof with out braking tiles or roof capping.

Hi Wayne. Thank you for your feedback. If you could kindly read through the matter closely, you may find that we have been coordinating with the relevant parties including a 3rd party professional inspector to resolve the issue. However we have been turned down by the client numerous times and the lack of response and cooperation to investigate and resolve the issue. Whether it is a fault from the builder or our contractor, we were always on top of the matter and willing to help. The matter was simple, if it was indeed caused by our contractor supported by a proper inspection by a relevant and professional tradesman, we would have no hesitance in resolving the issue at our own expense. However if it is a builder's fault, then wouldn't it be reasonable to get the builder to go back and fix the issue? Kind regards, MEG management
