I am wanting to purchase 2 x round 600 mm mirrors but are worried about getting it delivered to Western Australia as they are fragile items, how safe are they on transit post will they get damaged, what is your policy if they get damaged while being sent in mail will they be replaced?

Hi Rosanne, Thank you for your inquiry. For the normal mirrors, we only deliver Sydney Metro. (except LED function mirrors). For all fragile item Myhomeware pack very safely. and also cover the transport damage.

Order 1410 - order was placed and paid for on 1st nov 21 I received confirmation that you received the order and was assured that I would receive a confirmation when the order was dispatched. I still do not have confirmation that my order has been dispatched 28 days later. I have sent requests by email to confirm dispatch or an update and have received no reply. If I don't get some sort of response soon I will have to request a refund so I can purchase the items from somewhere else. Any assistance would be appreciated at this point.

The unacceptably slow delivery of your order Sandi, brings back memories of my one and only transaction with "MyHomeware" a few months ago, when my order took weeks to arrive. When you're paying for the shipping, you should certainly expect it to be delivered in a reasonable time frame. Four weeks is definitely not acceptable in my view. Many online retailers are quick to blame it all on covid but to me, that's just a cop out ! I've made other online purchases in recent months from other retailers and none of them exceeded ten days delivery time....even the free delivery ones ! My advice ? shop elsewhere !

Our Order No's have 6 digits, you have supplied one with only 4.
