Has Novalac HA been discontinued and what replacement would you advise?

Hi is it just me or does the novalac hypoallergenic formula not mix well? Am I preparing wrong? I have followed all of the instructions on the tin

I found that if you mix it into warm water it mixes well. Then just let it cool a bit before feeding. It doesn't seem to work for me if I mix it in and then warm the bottle
