I am asking about NRMA Veteran Vintage and Classic insurance does it cover windscreen damage with out using your excess

Waste of time every time i ring i get a different answer then i am transfered and get a different answer i have 22 policies with nrma am slowly chancing them to Shannons

A simple yes or no would be easy i have rang them before and get the run around no one seems to know for sure

Just rang again they are going to change the wording in the PDS Booklet as it is misleading on Page 23 as it doest state any where a excess applies to windscreen damage
