How long can a job be on hold with roadside assist before it is cancelled? My job was booked today, but is now on hold as then I found out our mechanic cant do the blue slip for 3 weeks (& has nowhere to store the car in the meantime).

Recently I had NRMA roadside come out as the steering was locked on my car. When they arrived the service attendant forced the steering wheel and now it has done major damage to the steering belt. How and who do I contact or go about making a complaint and getting reimbursement for the damages that have been done? The attendant himself commentated when he forced the wheel that he may have forced it and the "sound wasnt good". Thanks LL

Outside of offering towing, we do have Mobile EV Chargers, that we're trialling onboard some of our vans that will provide enough charge to hopefully ensure an EV can continue to their nearest charging location. - Paul

I recently needed assistance with a flat battery, and a roadside technician came and did a great job helping me. Though in the process of replacing the battery, the technician was placing his tools on the weather shield below the windscreen and was quite heavy-handed with his tools. Once I got in the car to drive away, I noticed a huge crack in the windscreen, right where he was dropping his tools. This craft was not present before getting roadside assistance. We have made a claim with NRMA which has been denied and NRMA has denied any wrongdoing. Is there thing i can about this? The windscreen is quite expensive and has been damaged but NRMA.
