Can I return a monitor if I opened the box? It's not even 2 weeks when I made the purchase.
I was rudely told that they have a policy of no receipt no return...I think if you don't go to the store I went to you will have a better chance ...
I have ordered some large items that were online only available and need them delivered to an address in Wyong. I was told I could leave instructions for the driver at checkout. This is true but only 60 characters, not enough to explain where the driver exactly needs to drop it off. Besides that, there is no way to contact and the only time frame given is 8am-5pm. This means I’m going to have to sit literally outside the premises from 8am and can only hope they’ll show up early. Called Customer Service to ask if there is a way to contact the delivery crew or if they’d be willing to contact when on their way. The customer service representative was rude, unhelpful and in no way willing to find a solution and the answer is just No. Anybody who knows which company is used for deliveries? Or how to contact them?

Do I have to beg or perform some sort of strange rite of contrition to get a refund on an online order that Officeworks failed to deliver even though it was due two weeks ago? Who do I have to pay to get some sort of reply to my last seven messages submitted via officeworks "customer service" website contact form which have so far been ignored? Does officeworks plan on simply keeping my money and laughing all the way to the bank? Has officeworks always been this dodgy and scammy or is it a new thing?
My 17yr old placed an order online for a Iphone11. She works part-time and saved whilst still at school. Shes devastated. She was told they had none left in stock and would give her a full refund. It's day 4 and still no refund. Any help on this matter?

Ordered Apple Watch S7 on 7th December with pick up date of December 10th. Date continues to be postponed and Toll site shows no indication of parcel en route despite OW stating item on its way to the store. Item is a Christmas present and is it going to arrive in time for Christmas?
Purchased a iPad mini $1206 yesterday delivery to the house is Tuesday 30 th November. After reading reviews about terrible service with delays. Have purchased for a birthday gift next weekend. Hopefully it will be delivered on time or I will be canceling my order.
Call the store and the online officeworks number if they delay and postpone i'd be looking elsewhere.

How long does it take to receive refund back into account
My click and collect order is ready for pick-up, but we are now in lockdown. The store is more than 5km away, so I'm excluded from going there due to the lockdown rules. Don't know when lockdown will end. Might be months. Will they give me a refund? I've messaged them but no response yet.
hi please tell me, just because i cant see my bank balance of the pending refund transaction doesn't mean its not processing? i'm hoping it gets processed by tomorrow otherwise im going to be struggling over the weekend, i have ptsd and a reopened case on charging a biological sexual abuser so god knows when financial justice will come.. in the mean time im misreable about my refund probably not being processed before the weekend...
If they said your getting a refund & it's been processed then it's a matter of waiting for it to appear in your account, refunds usually take 3-5 business days sometimes up to 10 business days but it depends on the company's policy etc... So depending on when the refund was done, u may have to wait until next week unfortunately, sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you will receive it, maybe give them a call & double check with them just to be sure & for peace of mind....
