what is the warranty period for Optimum (400 series

Hi Bernad, Thanks for being interested in the Optimum 9400X blender :-) This blender comes with a default 5-years domestic warranty or a 1-year commercial warranty. Additionally, you are also able to purchase a 7-year domestic warranty for $110 or, in case you ar planning to use it commercially, a 2-years commercial warranty for $110.

Hello Charliepascoe, Thank you for taking the time to write your question. Yes all of our Blenders blend ice with no issues at all. The Optimum 9400X is a commercial grade blender and is therefore able to handle ice with ease.

You can place contents in the Blender jug up to 65 degrees.
