The toothbrush just stopped working. The toothbrush turns on but there is no movement at the brush head. How do I fix this or troubleshoot?
Hi, I have had this same issue occur. The brush is not holding charge. Were you able to find a solution or did the brush need to be replaced? My girlfriend has the same toothbrush so I have tried all combinations of both our toothbrushes and chargers and determined that the problem is definitely coming from the toothbrush handle.
I had to send it back for repair.
Does the app and data collection work if the same brush handle is shared by two people?
