Hi and thanks Rod. I asked 2 sellers on ebay and they both said No - it will not fit on the telstra wall plate. Not sure what to do now??

Just had Panasonic ring me!! Not much help at all!! They said phone comes with a Panasonic wall plate - I want to use the existing TELSTRA wall plate - they can't guarantee it will fit!! So much for their customer service!!

When I unpacked the box, the mounting plate came assembled/attached to the back of the unit (I use it as a desk stand). It is removable and becomes the wall mount. It's called the desk stand/wall mounting adaptor. You can get the manual for this phone online ( instructions are on page 66 in the manual which clearly shows how to install the wall mount unit). The images in the manual are quite good and you might be able to see if it is similar to your Telstra unit. :)

Thanks so much Diane!! I checked the on line manual page 66 and it shows that the supplied wall plate is 83mm whereas the telstra wall plate is 100mm - so this phone will not fit. Glad I didn't go ahead and order it - so very much appreciate you taking the time to answer my issue. Have a great day ......
