Has anyone else received a survey about Strata Managers and Service being provided by BCS Strata/PICA Group. I received an email on 21st July 2025 asking for my feedback which I happily provided as they are so incompetent and inept, they charge a fortune for doing as little as possible and lecturing owners rather than offering solutions. Don’t forget all the kickbacks and commissions they take by charging us so much.

Yes I got a similar survey from All Strata/ PICA and they are the same as BCS, charge a fortune for doing as little as possible and lecturing owners rather than offering solutions. Do they also charge $19.95 for an email? Over and above their annual fee?
Yes, get them every year, the survey is just a meaningless publicity stunt to make it look like they care, which they don't, it's about making money
How do we change strata company to a better managed company?
Do your research properly get advice from others before hand, pica group is in a shambles
Stay away. Just over 4 years pretend management $30K in fees and guess what, they did absoluteky nothing. A cesspit of maggots that's what they are. They have a bot pretending to go to customer care. I bet you the emails to customer care are forwarded to the bin. And the staff they employ are not very bright and very limited.
w e have a strata manager under the Pica Group, can we mve to another Pica Group member
Yes you can change your strata manager by calling a general meeting with all the members of the owner's corporation and having a vote to appoint ànother strata manager within the pica group
I suggest you avoid any strata managing company with ties to the Pica Group
