Hello, does the SKIP have a bumper bar at the front? And can the seat turn so it’s inward facing?
I love my Skip 2! Is there a way to take the fabric part off the frame so I can wash it?
Hi Johanna,
Please reach out to customer care on info@redsbaby.com.au and we can assist :)

Can the skip 2 be used for a 3 month old baby
Hi Pippi, Thank you for getting in touch with us. The SKIP² is ideal for travelling with a toddler, however, as it does fully recline, you can use it for a newborn. When using the SKIP² stroller for a newborn, we strongly recommend adding the SKIP² Seat Liner and Head Pillow for extra comfort and support.

Can skip 1 be used for a 4 month old? I know skip 2 can. Thanks
Hi Sophia, yes, the SKIP2 is suitable for a 4-month-old. It has a nearly 180-degree recline and can be used in semi-reclined potions until your baby is old enough to sit up. Brooke - RB Team
How do they fold up
Hi Dianne,
Thanks for your question, I have added a video to assist:https://youtu.be/EutOpEkrwks.

Hi, I was wondering if the skip2 has an adjustable handle bar as it’s quite low to push.
Thank you
No it doesn't, not that I have discovered anyway. My husband is 6ft and has never complained. He loves our skip! I'm 5'4 and it's perfect for me.
No it can't be adjusted but it is at a comfortable level for me
Hi Elinor,
Thank you for your question, the SKIP³ handlebar sits at 100cm but isn't adjustable. We have had feedback that this is suitable for parents of many different heights.

I’m trying to figure out the purpose of the netting/pocket at the top by the head area. Is something supposed to be stored in there? When I unfolded it the netting was on the side where the back of the head would be. I soon realised it should be the other side so the head isn’t touching it. But I still don’t understand it’s purpose. Cheers Andy
Supposedly it is a safety feature - protection to stop bub slipping when the stroller is fully reclined
Hi Andy, Thanks for reaching out. The part you are referring to is the safety head barrier which is a mandatory safety feature on all prams and strollers in Australia that have a full seat recline. This needs to be flipped up when the seat is in full recline.

Hi, can you put a skateboard on the stroller for second child?
Hi Celeste, I don’t believe the buggyboard is compatible with the Skip2. From their website it looks as though it’ll fit on the others but not the Skip. I hope this helps
Hi Celeste,
As the SKIP² is only designed for one child at a time, it isn't compatible with the buggy board. Please reach out to customer care if you have any questions at all on info@redsbaby.com.au or 1300 344 964.

Hi I was wondering if you could please tell me how this pram goes on uneven surfaces, dirt roads, bush walking tracks etc?
Hi Melissa, Thank you for your email and enquiry about the JIVE and METRO . Redsbaby prams have been designed for Urban use and give great performance on all terrain i.e. going for walks over gravel, grass being out and about (sidewalks).
Our prams (METRO and JIVE) both come with four-wheel suspension, which are based on an internal spring system (within the front wheel housing and the rear wheel axle)
Other features of the wheels which provide best performance includes:
*Front swivel wheel locks: stability on uneven terrain and long distances *Four wheel suspension: easy push and a smoother ride *Four wheel design: optimum weight distribution, providing more stability on curbs and uneven surfaces

I'm worried that my son who's 14 months and 80cm will be too tall for the SKIP or will outgrow it quickly. Any ideas?
It may be best to try out the SKIP at one of their product demos to see how your son fits into it. The seat dimensions are on the website but my son, who is 12 months & 76cm, still fits in it fine.
Thank you travelingmum you are right about the Redsbaby website. All the information about their prams and strollers is readily available and there are many more helpful reviews. I personally found it to be more generous in size compared to some of the other compact strollers brands I tested. I chose the Skip because of its price, quality and the fact that its an Australian brand. Its very reassuring to me that I can call Redsbaby and a team member will always answer any questions I have.
Hi Simon, Thank you for getting in touch. The SKIP is suitable for toddlers up to 20kgs. We have had some of the Redsbaby team use with their 3-year-olds who fit comfortably in the seat for sitting and also naps on the go. The SKIP seat is an open design and reclines to a flat position so that you can use from newborn through to toddlerhood.
We host demo days around Australia so you can come and see the SKIP in person. I have added the link below for you :https://redsbaby.com.au/attend-a-demo-day/
Please let me know if you have any questions at all - we are more than happy to assist.

Can skip 1 be used for a 4 month old?
Hi Sophia, yes the SKIP2 is suitable for a 4 month old :) Brooke - RB Team
Hi I am interested in purchasing the skip stroller however does this stroller have your 30day trial? On the website it’s not listed in your 30 day trial section... thanks
Hi Ange, i don't remember seeing that as an option on their website. I'd say your best get would be to reach out to Redsbaby directly and check with them.
Hi Ange, Thank you for your question. The 30-day trial only applies to our JIVE and METRO prams. The SKIP isn't included in this. We do host demo days and events across Australia so you can view the SKIP in person and test drive before you decide to purchase. I have added the link below but if you have any questions, please call the team on 1300 344 964.

I’m wondering what is the age range or weight range this product is for?
Hi Haotian, Both the JIVE and METRO are designed to hold up to 20kgs in the main seat. Most children will need or use a pram until they are around 3 years of age but prams are based on weight rather than age as all children develop differently.
I hope this helps

has anyone taken the skip carryon with qatar?
Hi Courtney, Thank you for getting in touch with us. If you'd like to take the SKIP onboard as cabin luggage we strongly recommend that you check carry-on specifications with your airline carrier before you travel and to always place the SKIP in its complimentary cover bag.
For more information about the SKIP, please click here external link , we also have our support centre available which has a wealth of information.

Where I can buy it from...
Redsbaby.com.au it’s online only ordering unless you attend a demo day (still must be ordered)
Hi Pri, As Redsbaby is an online company so we don't stock the prams in stores. We do hold demonstration days around Australia so you can come and see the prams in person and give them a test drive, here is the link for you:

Is there a toddler board compatible with this?
I’ve not used a toddler board. You would have to contact Redsbaby direct
Hi Rashall, thank you for your question. The buggy board isn't compatible with the SKIP. The SKIP is a lightweight stroller and is only suitable for use with one child. Please reach out to the customer care team on 1300 344 964 if you have any questions.

Does it tip if the child is an older child and they are laying flat? Or if you have anything hanging off the pram? Also does the bottom part of the seat come up to help the child rest their legs if sleeping? Or do their legs hang down?
Not unless you are hanging a really heavy bag on the handle. Which you should not do ever in any pram for safety reasons!
Hi There, The SKIP pram lies fully flat when baby needs to take a nap. The SKIP remains stable in this position. We wouldn't recommend hanging bags off the handlebar as the SKIP is a lightweight pram and this could cause the pram to become unbalanced.
The footrest is adjustable so you can bring it up when the baby is sleeping to support their legs. Please reach out to customer care on 1300 344 964 if you have any further questions.

Does this pram have the option of parent facing for newborns?
Hi no it doesn't
Hi There, The SKIP is a forward-facing stroller only but is suitable for newborns as the seat lies fully flat. We recommend using the infant head pillow and seat liner if using with a younger infant and always have the 5 point harness in use. Brooke - RB Team xx
Can skip 1 be used for a 4 month old?
Hi Sophia, yes the SKIP2 is suitable for a 4-month-old. Brooke - RB Team
Hi everyone, when I travel I love to go for morning walks like for exercise and was wondering if anyone has used them in terms of power walking and if this pram is okay?
I think it would be absolutely fine. It’s sturdy but very light weight and manoeuvreable.
Perfect thank you so much for replying!
Hi Sarah, The JIVE and METRO have been designed for Urban use and are great for everyday walking. We have lots of happy customers who share that they enjoy their daily walks on lots of different terrains. Please be in touch with customer care on 1300 344 964 if you have any questions. RB Team xx
Hi, I really want to purchase this pram for my son, however we are moving interstate on the 1st April and I’m unsure what address to put on the order. If I order it now and the order is processed and dispatched on the 15th March, is it likely to arrive before the 1st April in Melbourne? Is it possible to pick up from your head office? We are driving up to QLD.
How does the skip stroller feel in terms of weight at the back? Ie if you hang a bag off the back of it, will it tend to tip backwards?
Hi Charlotte, Thank you for your question. We don't recommend the use of nappy bags on any of our pram handlebars as they can place extra weight on the chassis and cause damage. The best place for nappy bags is in the base of the pram in the carry basket. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
