Hi Harry, Thanks for reaching out. You may like to contact our Technical Department on 1300 555 545 (option 3), or alternatively if the heater is faulty and still falls within it's 7 year warranty period you can return the heater to the store of purchase with your receipt for a replacement.

Hi guys I’ve got a rinnai 2200w geph22pew and it all lights up but no heat can you shed a light on what’s the problem ie thermostat ect

My heater will not turn on!!! Not sure why, its new I've had it for a month!!
Thanks for the question Jedda. It is difficult to troubleshoot why the heater is not working, however it does have a 7 year replacement warranty, so you can return it to the store for a replacement.
How effective is the heating?
What are thy running cost per hour ?
We haven't counted properly but it looked okay based on our electricity bill. It became definitely higher than before as we used two kinds of heaters but not that higher than we expected. It was just reasonable. However we eventually returned it because we couldn't bare with the noise any more. The manager said they sold a hundred of them but no one complained about the noise while we had to return twice. There might be something occurs that sound in our house? Overall, except for the sound it was a good heater.
