Why when I depress the espresso button (left-most button), the machine grinds, brews, dispenses and continues cycle over and over until water and beans run out or I turn off the main switch? Please advise.
Hi there. Thank you for sharing your question. The Incanto Classic can be programmed to dispense an exact quantity of coffee. The issue that you're facing might be because the machine is programmed to dispense a high quantity of coffee at a time. To change this, you can take a look at the 'Adjusments' section of the user manual. If you no longer possess the user manual and you live in Australia, you can call our specialists at 1300 363 391. We would be glad to help you out with this!
Kind regards, The Philips Australia Team
Thanks you and I will do as you suggest.

I know it’s a beginner question but I got a used Saeco Incanto Rapid Steam and I was wondering if I should turn it off when I’m not using it?
Thanks.
Yes! For really large espresso machines with multiple brew groups, it might be more energy efficient to keep them running. However, for these machines the contrary would be true. So we would advise to turn the machine off if you know you're not going to use it for a couple of hours.

We've just bought a Saeco Incanto HD8914 and when making coffee from pre-ground coffee the machine either dispenses pure water, a few drops of coffee or nothing at all. I've ensured that it isn't clogged. What could be the problem?
Thanks for your question, Dorota. We're sorry to hear you've been having some mixed results with the pre-ground coffee function. Usually we'd recommend to check the brew group. Which entails taking out the brew group and rinse it with water under the tap until it is free from coffee dirt. Perhaps even re-greasing the brew group if needed. However in that case the issue you're experiencing should also occur when making coffee with fresh beans. We'd still like to ask to try this though. Also descaling the machine could help.
If these tips don't fix it, we'd recommend getting in touch with us directly on 1300 363 391 (AU) or contact us through external link .

Hi
The low coffee bean light is on yet I've filled it with coffee
Because the light is on it won't grind any coffee
Any suggestions?

My Saeco Incanto Classic machine has the red light costantly on (not flashing) for the water light. I checked the manual and it says you need to do the start up process again, which I have done - but is still on. (Process was press the first and fourth buttons whilst off and then turn the machine on) Any help would be appreciated.... I need my morning coffee NOOOOOOOW!
Hi there, thank you for coming to us. We kindly advise you to call 1300 363 391, since our product team requires more information before they are able to assist you.
Sorry mine was the Siruis S with the touch pad display which sounds different, I never had this issue so hope Saeco can help ?
This is just one of the many problems these machine's have, you have to have it serviced. Like everything with these machine you cannot fix yourself, they are a rip off. If you want my advise get a machine that uses "coffee pads", because these machine have few moving parts and rarely do you have a problem, good luck
I have one of these and I love it but I need a new frother wand, complete! Can I buy one please? My current one is flying off the s/s pipe when I try to froth milk in the jug and it is therefore very dangerous. I believe that the internal, removable rubber grommet it the culprit. It sits inside the top screw on, black frother section. Thank you.
Saeco have been bought out by Philips - google them & call their customer care. I'm sure they will be able to help.
