Like you I previously had a crown jewel that lasted nearly 20 years and was just the best bed ever. I stupidly replaced it with a new one thinking I was going to get the same quality. The new ones are appalling and don’t last 12 months and when something goes wrong Sealy simply won’t help you. Mine is a fixed base and not adjustable which makes it even worse!

We have had our Crown Jewel Sealy Posturepedic Adjustable for 2 months and haven't slept so well.everything has been great so far.

I too am about to purchase a mattress but the reviews are very concerning considering the cost of these mattresses. I’ve had the same AH BEARD mattress for 20years so I might just hang on to it for a bit longer because it seems the quality of a new mattresses has taken a nose dive in recent years . Sad

Hi Leslie, thank you for contacting Sealy Posturepedic! A common issue customers facing is selecting the incorrect comfort. We suggest you go into a store to make a selection and try the mattress for a minimum of 30 minutes to ensure it is the right comfort for you.

However, if you do happen to select the incorrect comfort at the time of purchase, or your body has changed in the future that you need a different comfort. We can organize a comfort adjustments for fee.

Hi Sealy, Evie , I got bought from my hard earning money the $10k worth Sealy Posturepedic Crown jewel palace royal plush queen size mattress on Jan and arrived 2 weeks ago, its only 35cm height and from day one we don't feel plush feeling, we let it take now its been 2 weeks we always feel back pain and we had sealy posturepedic aspire plush entry level one plush mattress bought in 2015 and it was plush comfy feeling from day 1. I am totally disappointing and this matress shold be 38cm and 3cm reduce seems you guys did some cost cutting and removed some layers.

I think it depends where you buy it from. I’ve seen cream with a white pattern through it and cream with gold thread.

It is recommended to purchase King fitted sheets which have a 50cm deep wall . These should be available from major suppliers.

Thanks for the answer but unfortunately it doesn't help. I have already bought 3 sets of king fitted sheets with a 50cm or 60cm wall and none of them fit, as I have said. Please could you recommend a specific brand that you know fit. Its very expensive and wasteful to keep buying sheets over and over again.

To ensure they are testing the same conditions, are you able to advise if you are using any mattress protectors or underlays.
