Dear Kayla, we purchased a Heritage Flex Firm Elevate mattress in mid-march. We are 65 and 67 with back issues. It has taken a couple of months fully to "wear in" and we are very happy with it. We also purchased a MLILY Powercool 5cm Mattress Topper which works really well with the firm mattress. Sorry to hear about your back, hip and shoulder pain, good luck with your new mattress. Hi Chris, thank you for contacting Sealy Posturepedic. Both of these models have an Edge Support, but our Swansea has our UniCased XT Edge Support, which is our best! They both don't have a memory foam layer but have a Gel Memory (Swansea) or Gel Infused (Calais) ComfortCore, which is in the centre third. I would recommend the Swansea as it has our better EdgeSupport.

Hi, I have a posturepedic elevate ultra symphony mattress. To get the most accurate answer to your question I would advise that you message Sealy direct I found them excellent to deal with. Good luck.

Ummm, you're supposed to rotate mattresses top to bottom, not flip upside down :)

Pete, mattresses used to be flipped, rotated, flipped, rotated, and both sides were identical. This was before pillow tops became a thing. The first time I came across a one-sided mattress, I was horrified!
