Hi, I have paid deposit on Tue. 29/03/22, Pete, the owner has promised the shower screen will be installed within a week. Nothing happened until 06/04/22, I have tried call/message him many times, he has replied on sms says it will be installed on 07/04/22, and did not say what time the installer will come. I have then asked many times what time and all I get is afternoon. I waited whole afternoon and no one shows up, no message, no calls, no matter how many times I call/message, no feed back. I tried to find the company address but not listed in their web site. Lacking of communication make me really frustrated. Hope someone from Shower Screen Hotline can give me a formative date to install, not waste my time further.

We had the same issue, our credit card company refunded the money. We ended up using Stevens glass who were highly professional and prompt.

Thanks Glenn. Their web site only has a 1800 number, no physical address nor email address. I have no way to find out what's going on, completely in the dark. If they can't make it on the agreed time, they should at least let me know. Now I'm worried if this company really exists.

Update: he has called me 7:57am today and reassured that the installation will happen today and will call me one hour before he comes. At 2:21pm, nothing happened yet. Let's see what will happen.

Hi Pete, You installed 2 shower screens already and happy with the work so far. Thanks for the update on the 3rd screen. Can't wait for the 3rd one.

Rude man who is the managing director answers the phone and installs the shower. Installed yesterday 16/11/20 made to measure cost $850 inc remove old shower. No social manners the door sqeaked loudly as u opened it ,because my floor wasnt straight ? It was measured to fit the door didnt shut completely. I didnt want such an ill mannered person back in my home and living at a retirement village i asked our maintenace man to have a look. In 10 mins it now works perfectly.

Hi Mate How long does it take for installing a shower screen with gold sliding door from the time of measurement to the actual time of installation( 800mm depthx970mm frontal width including 1 fixed panel &2 sliding doorx1840mm height). Thank you, Aboud Karim, [details removed]

From measurement to fitting it only took Peters team at Shower Screen Hotline 36hrs. Very happy to recommend them as they provide old fashioned service where the customer comes first.
