Sinorama Holidays have folded- No money left to pay people who had paid money for holidays Need to claim on your credit card insurance or travel insurance. Lodge with all your available information and you should be paid out

Trouble is that the Travel Insurance company said that they don't cover for loss of money if the holiday was cancelled if the travel company or a tour operator goes into Administration/Bankruptcy. It would only apply if it was an Airline, Large Cruise Company or a big Hotel Chain that you would be covered.

Koh Samui we staed at The Baan Samui lovely bottom floor room with patio,Hi we did a day tour in Koh Samui which included River Market (also done one in Bangkok) with these tours usually a meal is provided not in a restaurant though usually on location in the bush which are done as a share passing the dishes of food around, you do get well fed. Hotels 4 star all over Thailand 5 Star tend to be in heart of City we have found 3 1/2 to 4 star pretty good always making sure breakfast is included ...we tend to be ones that like to be near markets so we have in the past booked The Biyoke Towers which is out of the main Bangkok strip and as markets setup every morning outside hotel. Koh Samui is a nice place to visit , if in Phuket nice hotels.. The Banthai Resort, Beyond Resort in Karon beach (adults only) very nice as a lovely restaurant across the road from Entrance with lovely food, but a fair way out from anything also a kind of milk bar just to left of entrance great for a quiet holiday. How many in a tour bus depends on how many booked the same day tour as yourself, we cant do much walking as we are not that young anymore so sometimes we take off and look at other attractions if any walking up hills is called for just let your guide know, Try going on an Elephant ride no walking there. hope I have put you at Ease for a Thai holiday... we like to book say Koh Samui then on way back to Bangkok we stay for 3-4 days in Bangkok to shop before heading home.

Hi we did same type of tour ours was call Wild China for 13 nights, believe me Luxury Escapes advertise Sinorama Holidays at times and ours we had no complaints we made friends straight away with people in the group, the Cruise we loved. Do take an Umbrella or rain attire for days you get a shower or two, we have friends doing this holiday in May so they maybe on same tour group, you will enjoy. Just back from this trip in June. Fabulous time,very active and a little rushed but worth it,accommodation all 5 star and seen a great deal of China. Food fine but more exciting to try local food in small clean cafes .

Yes you get taken to certain factories but that happens everywhere. I had no pollution issues in fact was amazed at how big ,clean and pleasant China was.

Tours don’t always provide to everyone’s individual tastes but go with an open mind and I’m sure you will enjoy it

DON'T DO IT! Read the reviews above...I have just came back after doing an 18 day Tour through China and the Yangtze River cruise and I can honestly say that Sinorama Tours are the WORST Tour Company that I have ever traveled with.. EVERYTHING that past tourists have stated in the above reviews, are so very TRUE. Never again will I book through Sinorama Tours.

I actually booked my trip through LUXURY ESCAPES, not knowing until I finally received my papers, that they had booked me with Sinorama Tours in NZ. Why they did that I have no idea as I live in AUSTRALIA. Trying to get any info from Sinorama by phone is almost impossible as no one there speaks any English... DON'T BOOK WITH THEM!
