Hi just before I post a review thought I’d write to u first . I bought a firm matress from you a few weeks ago for my back pain ,I found it too firm where it’s a bit uncomfortable for me .any suggestions to what I should do ? ..iv bought a topper online just waiting for that .

Hi Connie, thanks for letting us know how all is going with your new Sleep Firm Mattress. You are able to return the mattress now, or wait and try it with the topper. What you prefer to do is fine with us as the mattress has a 100 night comfort guarantee. Thanks and regards, Marie

Hi Connie, apologies for the delayed reply as I only work on a Monday and Tuesday. Sorry to hear that the topper didn't work well. Of course, I can help you to arrange the mattress to be swapped. Can you please let me know if the name that the mattress was purchased under and at which store? So that I can sight the invoice online and go from there. Wow, such help from somewhere! I tried getting assistance from my store on a painful mattress - no go, told must do online. Must have receipt in hand - even tho woman at store looking at receipt on computer! Absolutely refused to be helpful. Had to call head office still trying to make my Chiropedic mattress work to not have to return to the store!! It should be a straight swap over surely when under 100 days?
