Mine is from 2007 and I don't remember the warrenty period. Wouldn't hurt to call them tho I doubt there is much they will do at this point.

In all honesty I'd just scrap it. You should buy a new mattress every 8 years anywho.

Our mattress has a pin hole leak. It's a model 3000. It was bought new in 2007. We love this bed! Is it covered by a warranty?

Am I supposed to drain the air out of the mattress before I move it?

Hi, Sounds like you have a leak, either in the airbags that are inside the bed, if its one side or if its both sides its the actual air compressor unit. Both should be covered under warranty and they are normally good about replacing old for new. If you ring them up they should be able to determine the problem over the phone.

good luck with it

Hi pump up the bed and then quickly disconnect the hose and put the white plug on . Wait a few days or a week to see if any loss of air in the mattress. If there isnt its probably the pump as you have acertained the bladder isnt leaking.

The only other thing is when you take of the white cap plug ang connect the hose with the release button if you hear air escaping at the connection point the litte black o ring may be missing, or as my case the very edge of the plastic lug was half broken off.

So i cut the fitting off the clear pump hose put the end of the hose in hot water in a cup for a minute and used a hose clamp 5/8 size i think ,slid it onto the hose then whilst the hose was still hot pustedit over the bed bladder nozzle and then tightened the hose clamp over it and problem solved.

I know my pump wasnt broken as i could feel the air comming out of the hoses, hope this halpes.p.s it may void my warranty but its virtuall run out now on 10 years. Paul.
