Hi Sleepmaker, I currently have a old "Miracoilplus", Conformity Medium Support Single-sided No-turn. I can't find any other identifying labels Is it possible to tell me the direct replacement for this mattress in your new line? It must be 20y old and its amazing to sleep on.
Hi we currently have a sleepmaker miracoil superior sleep support Support classic medium in a queen size best mattress ever but have upgraded to a king size frame what is the equivalent mattress to the one we have please. Regards Sue
does miracoil mattress have latex in it?
We purchased a king size medium SleepMaker Darlington Mattress about 2 years ago , unfortunately it’s sagging and we find it very uncomfortable, apart from purchasing a Mattress topper is there any other way this can be fixed. Very disappointed with this product.

I want a Sleepmaker Miracoil but want better than the Impulse. My old bed was endorsed by the International Chiropractors Association and is definately Medium. I dont know WHICH Miracoils are better than others. Mid range or top range (Medium). Please help me, give me some idea which ones are above Impulse, like Advance 5 and so on. Agile? What is "Physio Focus" at BedShed? I dont care abt heat, care bit abt not disturbing my partner, but mainly care abt similar quality to old bed.

No don't touch it is a Very hot mattress. I have had it for two years it's hot both in winter and of course summer. With the air con on you are cold on top but cooking underneath.

Macchiato Medium Miracoil range in myer for example is a good mid range mattress that is using advanced technology to keep you at a neutral tempature.

Hi Nattiarna, I have just used it for a month and haven’t encountered this problem, however, if you have registered the warranty, you are still within warranty period and has the right to ask the help from sleepmaker, I believe.
Are the Miracoul Daintree and the Miracoil Physio the same mattress?

Was looking at the Physio Victory at the Bed Shed and comparing it to the Daintree Medium

Hi i have just read reviews and not good. I am now worried hope someone can shed some positive light on the mattress i have bought. Its a queen glenelg gel plush mattress sleepmaker bought at dreamland mileend sa.
I was happy with the mattress until it started to fail. That is when all my grief started. Dealing with sleepmaker was an absolute nightmare. They promised me 3/4 weeks max to have the problem rectified and 4 days short of 3 months the store I purchased it from finally stepped up after my mattress was lost and credited me the original price so I could choose another mattress. Needless to say it is not a sleepmaker. Sleepmaker have been the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with and I will be going out of my way to tell people about this. Best of luck, as long as you don't need to claim a warranty you should be right.
Same here. Got a sleepmaker mattress and after spending all that money it just gives me and my partner both back ache. There is no mattress we ever slept on that is this uncormfortable. Customer service is shocking too!
Difference between miracoil and firm sense?
I have just purchased an Advance Comfort Firm mattress ; but it is so deep , it’s far too high on my standard 35 cm base ,looks silly and my feet don’t even touch the floor when getting out of bed, is there different depths ? Dissapointed
Hi there Sue A couple of questions: Does the mattress seem thicker than it was in the store? It should be exactly the same so lets check that. Did you purchase the base at the same time as the mattress?
The Advanced Comfort Firm is a slightly thicker mattress but is still fairly standard. If your base is from us, we could arrange to send you lower legs.

Hey there, I just got my new sleep maker and when they unwrapped it spelt so bad it gave me a headache and slight dizziness. Anyway, how long will this smell stay?
Dear Nicky, As with most new products, there is a 'new bed' smell. This is a mix of smells from the internal components, such as the foam and the fabric etc. You should notice this smell start to dissipate once it is out of the plastic bag and this will be helped by getting some air flow around and through the mattress, maybe in a room with some good airflow. Some people do notice the smell more than others, but it should be gone in a few days. Any help and support - got a problem?
Our mattress was purchased in September 2017, right from delivery it has made spring noises these have just gotten worse as time goes on. We have done all the recommended spinning of the mattress. We are not at all happy with this mattress.
