I am slowly losing weight. I am enjoying in particular the Green Tea Frappe. I get the large containers, not the sachets. The strawberry in particular has 12.5g per serving. As I am 77yrs old my Dr. has advised me to only have one Protein Meal Replacement a day , NOT two as advised by Slim Nation. ALL the flavours are enjoyable to drink. I have even used the Vanilla shake mixed in Fruit Juice.

Yes, as the meal replacement product provides all the nutrition of a meal. You could also check out Meal in a Bottle (www.mealinabottle.com.au) as a convenient option too - they are available in IGA, Foodworks, convenience stores.

I believe they sell the sachets [single serve] at Aldi, not sure where you can get a big tub but it might be worth trying them out first before buying in bulk - then maybe you will be able to buy online in the future.

In QLD Vitamin Meal is available in supermarkets however not in Victoria at this stage. Hi Dayna, apologies we missed this question from last year! Our products are perfectly safe to take while breastfeeding - they are a "meal replacement" under Australian law which makes them safe and contains all the nutrients you need. Apologies again for missing this question.

Hi Ambzies, Once you have reached your desired weight and stopped using Slim Nation you need to maintain a healthy diet that is equivalent. In other words, if you used to replace one meal with a shake, you should start eating a meal with similar caloric content.

It all depends on the person, if you feel you can easily manage your diet then there's no need to keep using the shakes.

Most people find trouble with breakfast so they opt to keep replacing one meal per day for a while even after reaching their target weight.

As for energy levels it won't be affected since your body should be accustomed with your diet so replacing 200 calorie of the shake with 200 calories from food will not matter.

Hi Nic3400 - Our products do contain lactose and their usage is not recommended in your case. However, there is a solution. If you have or willing to get Lactase pills from the pharmacy, you will be able not only to take our product, but all other dairy products. Lactase is the enzyme that digest lactose, providing your body with this enzyme can solve your lactose intolerance.

If you are aware of carbohydrate counting and exchanges, our shakes are the equivalent of 1 1/2 serving of starch. Hi, I'm sorry to say that Opti Fast isnt one that I've tried, I honestly think that the nutritional panel is fine, I wasn't concerned about anything on there but as im not a medical specialist or a nutritionist i would suggest you ask for a copy and run it past your GP.
