I used to use Aldi shakes, successfully losing weight. Didn't use them for quite some time, then about a year ago, bought some again. Totally different taste & texture, & not in a good way. I see so many reviews commenting on the same thing, & am wondering if the formula has improved recently, before I waste money on them again?
I can only tell you what I think as Ididn't try it previously. I like the taste & at $2.49 a satchel, it's good value. My suggestion would be to just get one satchel. Then you can decide if it's ok or you don't like it. Cheers

One thing I used to do with Herbalife - I cut up half a piece of fruit- banana or apple (strawberries or kiwi fruit) Not a lot- about half a piece to give it more flavour & fill me up more. I used to put bananas in micro wave for a 30 secs. Make the shake really thick (like custard) and have bananas & custard. - Same with any fruit. Just gives some variety - I'm doing a little experiment with the ALDI shake too so far I've tried banana & apple and really like both added to the shake
I found other shakes too expensive to try, as you can't just buy the individual satchels :-)

It’s probably just temporarily out of stock. Go to another aldi or wait for them to get it back in stock

Well… yes, but youre not suppose to use meal replacement shakes like that. You’re not suppose to have two a day and nothing else. You should still be eating healthy meals, the point of a meal replacement shake is that it replaces ONE meal and makes you feel full, you’re not suppose to live off of them.
I have 1 for breakfast and 1 for lunch and a normal tea of 100g meat and verges but I still have calories left over .Should I eat my calories amount for the day
