Ordered the product and still no delivery. Has been more than a month. Every time you go to live chat it's a bot. Keeps on disconnecting me. Can anyone advise me on how to get a refund or my order?
My experience has been they don’t communicate once they have your $$. I had to go to my bank to get the transaction reversed and it has been 6 weeks waiting. Be careful you aren’t on an automatic subscription as I was without my authorization. They are a real piece of work and shud be taken out of services. Hope this helps.
Sapphire Accountants at 90 Days Rd, Upper Coomera QLD are their registered accountants. As Sapphire Accounts are also the registered agent for other supplement businesses that also have hundreds of negative reviews and complaints one wonders why they associate themselves with such organisations. Sapphire Accountants are named on ASIC company documents as the registered Tax agents. Perhaps contact them to assist to have your complaint rectified if their clients don`t do the right thing. Perhaps consider leaving a google review for Sapphire Accountants of your experience. perhaps then Sapphire Accountants will do something about their clients disgraceful business conduct.
Got a complaint to resolve and the owners wont fix it ? Get onto their registered agent, see details below. I got the ASIC Company extract on these grubs. Sterling Vitamins are affiliated with premium Supplements, farmland Supplements etc. You`ll see the name Healthy Life Choice AU at the bottom of the Sterling Vitamins page. Like many people if you cant get your issue resolved then the info below may assist you. Forget calling the phone number on the website it goes to an overseas answering service, a waste of time, much the same as the premium Supplements number, in fact the operator even has an identical voice. The Director of Healthy Life Choices AU Pty Ltd ( Sterling Vitamins ) is a Mr Joshua Thomas SMITH. Ph 0412 099 415. 74 Dawn Pde, Miami QLD. You`ll be shocked to hear they use the exact same accountant as Premium Supplements. Yes it Sapphire Accountants again ! Greg Charlton is the Principal there. greg@sapphireaccountants.com.au Ph: 1300 728 704. They are the registered accountant as per filed ASIC filed documents.
Premium Supplements use a lawyer named Mr Callum Viel from Hickey Lawyers. Now Callum informed me he acted for premium Supplements so I don`t know if he represents Sterling Vitamins or this Healthy Life Choice AU but it wouldn`t hurt to ask if you are having issues getting your complaint resolved.

Also went on website for 'gummies' and ended up being sent Essential Keto which I did not want and spoke to chatbot who immediately discounted the order but said it could not be withdrawn. Am trying to send them back but keep getting nowhere! Don't buy. An absolute ripoff. Has anyone had success getting a refund?
Hi, has anyone actually received a refund for the products returned? I understand that a bank may block and return your money but wondering if these guys have actually refunded anyone?
Hi , I returned those products this morning that they sent to me even though I’d cancelled and they sent me cancellation confirmation . They make you jump through hoops with more paperwork and make sure the original wrapping it was delivered in is left untouched. More smoke and mirrors. I don’t trust them but I’m still hoping. Never had an issue with any other vitamin company ever and I’ve bought heaps from lots of other Aussie vitamin companies. What scammers!

Ron M Hi, I also received and am returning their products and will pursue the matter also with the regulatory authorities. i don't trust them but they may have underestimated my displeasure at being scammed. when i returned their form i attached a full statement which outlines how i believe they have behaved in a misleading and deceptive way.

Totally agree, brought from healthy life choice first time , no got scammed again with this lot, I think it’s the same people, asked support were they gummies not capsule …. Anyway I have sent them back return to sender, better get my refund

Hi Meri, when you call the phone number they give you get a message stating it has been disconnected. I think even if you returned the bottles you won’t receive any refunds. It is a ripoff scam that totally lies about the charges for their product . I really wished I checked some reviews before I ordered them. Good luck
I got my refund. Called my bank and disputed payment overcharge and the next day they contacted me and deposited refund. Forget trying to contact them - no response until I took action.
This is definately a scam .I ordered one and they charged me for five.The product never arrived.I have been trying to contact them for over a month.no response.The chatline is a complete joke.They never reply.Anyone can tell me how i can get my money back
I called them +61 8 7089 7222. The guy said he would cancel the order and refund my money. He said I would get and email within 10 minutes and the refund would take 3 - 5 days. I have spoken to the bank and if I don't see any results and the payment goes though the bank will dispute the charge. Let's hope they do the right thing.

Jeez. I phoned the 7089 number and some woman with an accent answered. Lots of noise in the background so waiting on an email how return. Ha. Told them I will report them if this request doesn’t happen. So many people ripped off. I tried one time through supposedly Maggie Beer web sight but bank stopped payment. Wish they’d done it this time too. In the mean time still waiting on email.

No they don’t answer emails. I did receive application for refund, filled out and sent these capsules back a week ago now. To track this with post office can be hit or miss even with tracking number. I’ll give a few day cos I have Covid then check with my bank. Not holding out any hope. I’ll be phoning their number again if they answer
