Hi is there a way to get just hot water from this machine so we can make an occasional cup of tea? We bought this machine for our motorhome and that would save us needing to take a kettle.
Coffee frothing knob is loose.
Can replacement parts be bought? Milk frothed not working properly.
Can you get replacement parts?
Milk is over frothing even though turned down to low. Only just started doing this. Also metal tube keeps slipping off. Any suggestions please
My Sunbeam Cafe machine is having constant issues with the milk frother. It works for the 1st cup and then fails for every following cup of coffee. It is very frustrating. Unfortunately it's past the warranty period. Any help is appreciated. :)
ok keep froth tank full to top of tank as did and it works well

Sunbeam will froth manually but when in auto, selecting cappuccino or latte, single or double water comes out but no milk. manual frothing works but not in auto
Hi my machine doesn’t seem to be frothing properly it sounds like something is blocking it. It just blows out a little but at the end it’s just steaming. I have had the machine for about a year now never had any problems. We only make two coffees a day. We clean it properly every week.

the machine is brand new and the milk frother doesnt work properly, it didnt even do the set up process properly. this is our second machine in 11 months .
Have you made sure it's pushed all the way in. It can be hard at the start but if you make sure it's pushed in all the way it should work. And make sure that there's nothing stopping it
Why does my coffee not come out at all, is it too full to the top?
Grind might be to fine. Try coarser grind. Make sure red rubber seal is not under tank blocking water.
Happy with the machine but the 2 cup filter gets stuck in the porta filter. It is such a tight fit. Have bent knives & forks trying to get it out. Any suggestions?

my new barista sumbeam coffee machine came with 2 size coffee meatal filters, both filters have no holds to allow the coffee through into the cup. Why are there no holds made in the meatal filter to allow the coffee through?

The milk is Luke warm terrible. Nothing WORSE than a cold coffee,should have a temperature gauge on it so you can decide how hot you want it. Shame sunbeam make the machine like this as it’s a waste of money rather pay to get a super HOT COFFEE from a cafe
Why is my milk frother not working all I get is soupy like froth have clean machine this is my 2nd machine this one is12 months old the froth just disappears taste not good?
Why is our machine using milk to clean? The machine is set to clean but will use a good amount of milk from the reservoir to perform the clean. We descale regularly and have pulled the milk compartment apart and cleaned, the problem is still occurring.

Hi all front buttons light up but for some reason latte won’t work I’m able to make all others this becomes a problem as I’m unable to the clean my machine after use. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Kim
Brand new....3rd time using....power on...buttons font light up Espresso cup flashing ????
Performed a deep clean on Milk frother and still can only get water dribbling out from the steam nozzle. No milk at all. Machine is only about 6 months old
