I have a new Supreme Classic Tourer. I am having problems with swaying - most noticeable when on smooth concrete dual carriageways. any advice would be appreciated- perhaps a weight distribution system?
Keep all heavy items over the axle area only and all light items only on the overhead cupboards,sway bars will help as well as a light rear load on the vehichle you are towing with. That said, if you are towing with a discovery or range rover they do not recommend sway bars as the air suspension adjusts to your load.l hope this helps

Hi Russell. We changed from AGM to Lithium in our new Supreme Territory at handover in March 2023. (I supplied my own batteries) It was as simple as swapping out the AGMs and connecting up Lithiums. BUT... Our van came with the Redarc 30 Manager which is a Lithium compatible charger. Also since we had ours wired to every 240V ppt through an inverter, we increased the diameter of the cabling from batteries. Fusing may need to be addressed too. That is because we would be potentially drawing a larger current when running AC off-grid. (e.g. Ibis 4 AC unit can draw up to 70 amps) Other than that we just needed to tell the system we had Lithium batteries so it would use the Lithium charging profile. We did this through the Redvision display in the van. You should have some provision to do this depending on your current system. Happy to answer any further questions. Craig
My new Classic Tourer has a fitted antisway system - yet seems to sway a lot on the freeway- do I need to fit anti sway bars as well?
Sounds more like you need to reload the van more evenly with weight distribution sounds more like a payload problem
I have 2/3 filled the water tanks and this helped. we don't have an any extra weight at either end of caravan. A fellow traveller suggested a higher hitching for the tow ball- thoughts?
Hi, my tow vehicle (MY 2022 Ford Ranger) shows a trailer not connected error when the electronic brakes override are used. Ford advises this is because the on board Trailer Tow Module does not detect the resistance from the LED trailer lamps, as each circuit must exceed 500mA. Can you advise the load tolerances for a Supreme Classic Tourer caravan built in 2022 . Apparently the "fix" for this error is to install a resistor patch harness. Have you experienced this issue before? regards Craig
MY22 Wildtrak Man. Feb 23. 2023 Supreme Territory. No patch used. No problems. Weird. I have heard that Rangers don't like sequential LEDs but Supreme don't use those. Pretty much all trailers are using LEDs now. If what Ford is saying is true (which I doubt) pretty much no trailers would work on new Rangers.
Hi Craig, this is a common occurrence with many vehicle manufacturers as they supply and fit a patch harness. This is something that will need to be addressed with your tow vehicle as this problem would occur no matter what trailer you tow if it has LEDs. I would also ensure that you are using a genuine Ford Redarc loom for your install as Ford Rangers have a special loom for the Redarc brake system. Thanks, Supreme Caravans

We purchased our Supreme Classic Tourer 2022 - we did not have a bike rack installed at time of manufacture due to other extra's and decided we would add later. We now have E-Bikes and were after a rack for the rear. May we please have the drawing of our caravan frame to assist in installing our own bike rack ?

I have a 2012 Supreme Classic and there is a light switch inside on the right side of the door that doesn't seem to do anything. It looks like a 2way switch that doesn't work. I have a photo of that helps
Is it next to the outside light switch if so then it is the isolation switch for the main interior lights
