Hi /customer service ,we had a question about your products and decided to go into the store and ask why the gold around the cup handle slowly washers off "..as we were givern a voucher for your products by a family member .but we decided not to accept the voucher for this reason alone with the fact your cups do not allow us to warm the tea in a microwave.the cups all have a gold lining and that in it self was completely useless.in the Frankston store your team members said it’s not refundable and we must chose from the stock available….99 percent of your items are useless in microwaves and are not compatible with dishwashers .why can’t we cash in our gift card and go somewhere else .the consumer protection guidelines state if we want a refund we are entitled to get one .your Frankston store is acting like there above the law .we want an answer as this $100 is not for your profit it was meant to be used on a gift but your products are limited and poor quality..

We are still waiting on T 2 to reply??? Interesting that T2 is quite happy to take money but not refund anything?? once you view there stock and realise it’s 99 limited!!poor range and poor customer service…still waiting???

I have been given T2 as a gift...every tea bag so far in box breaks open when tag is detached. I love T2 have been buying it for years never had this problem before.
