My Husband just started Manshake and finds 2 scoops is to thick, any suggestions?
Just added more water… the 2 scoops has all the protein, nutrients, etc that is needed for a meal replacement. I’m having up to 600ml with some of my shakes.
Just do what i do
Split it into 1 scoop and water for first shake then have a second with one scoop same as the first
That way you get all the nutrients still but it aint as thick
Thanks for that, but he just adds more water

Hi Guys,
I have noticed you don’t recommend replacing the dinner meal. Is there a reason for this as I was planning to have a normal lunch then replacing Breakfast & dinner with the Manshake ?
I am heading for a major operation to fix existing hernias in the midline... The surgeon said i need to loose at least 30kg in order to get a good result from the proposed surgery.
My question is constipation is a concern as it would increase pressure on the hernias ... is there a recommendation to avoid constipation.
I am 73 years old and at this time weigh 139kgs and I am determined to loose the 30kg.
With thanks

Read morer with protein and either green veges or salad - have had no alcohol or mid meal treats and haven't done any extra exercisingIs the man shakes good for cholesterol?
Hi Shaun!
The Research and Development Manager of our productions team has advised the following:...
Read more The milk protein powders used in The Man Shake and Lady Shake are low in both fat and cholesterol. Milk protein isolate is obtained by the partial removal of sufficient non-protein constituents from skim milk so that the finished dry product contains 85% or more protein by weight. Whey protein isolates contain around 90% pure protein and are almost fat free and cholesterol free (2.9mg cholesterol per 100g of whey protein isolate). Under the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code cholesterol is not required to be included in the Nutrition Information Panel of a food product unless a claim is being made around cholesterol content. Because the cholesterol content of these ingredients is so low, the nutrition information panels provided by our suppliers often do not even list cholesterol. TMS TeamThanks Terry for the response. Great detail. Sounds like I have myself a new breakfast to start.
