@ RMG - did you follow this up with a formal complaint to Qld Transport ? Top Rider is a company known for its fraudulent business practices in all facets of the Motorcycle Training Industry and they need to be stopped and held accountable for their actions.

Hi Bruce, no I didn't at the time due to my lack of experience in this area, I did not know that was something I could do. Agree with you regarding their professionalism, lacking in many areas
