I wish to book a return from Australia to Bangkok. How secure is external link ? The reviews are very poor but I don't intend to change my flight or cancel. Is it "safe" to book with external link ? They are cheaper.

I also looked at Bestjet which offers the same flight for $600 less. Their reviews are even worse than travel.com.au and I wonder how they can be so much cheaper than the airline?

As I said in my published review on this site, We had no problems - this is the one time we have used them so I really can't give a view on overall security ....I would give them a go again though given lack of issues and good deal on flight. if you do book, just verify your tickets are validly logged with the airline as I did to give you peace of mind. I think these kinds of sites offer much cheaper tickets because the trade off is longer stopovers and secondary locations for the stopover and/or secondary airlines. We suffered a very long stopover each way in Vietnam but did that knowing we had lots more $ to enjoy on our holiday because of that.

This particular flight has no stopovers and is direct to Bangkok, so I wouldn't expect that problem.

As it happens my travel agent was able to get a better price than Travel.com.au although not as good as Bestjet.

Hi, I would like to travel to America with my kids who are under 12yrs old. I heard that there is free travel for kids under 12yrs of age. Is it true?
