Honestly.... I didn't get anywhere with air serbia and travel2b.... both pushed blame to each other. AIR SERBIA - canceled my flight even though they sent me a confirmation email. Blamed travel2b.

TRAVEL2B - blamed air serbia. But kept my money. Still in process of trying to get my money back.

My flight was suppose to be 5 days ago, found an alternative, thanks to be checking .... otherwise, I would have been at the airport with no options.

Hopefully, @Skyscanner realizes how bad @Travel2B / travel2be.com and remove them from their site.

I'm having trouble even getting in contact with them. Over 5k worth of flights which the airlines are refunding due to Covid. I guess I'll be wasting my time but can anyone give me an email or contact no. that they have actually gotten a response from.

How is it allowed that Travel2be is still allowed to continue to operate and get away with ripping off / conning people, why do the authorities not stop this company from operating .

Your are right. Problem is they are in Spain and authorities have own problem. Only negative reference can hit them down...

Hi, Im currently waiting for my invoice I requested please as im in hotel quarantine and will be released on Wednesday 7th October (Australia) and need the invoice to avoid the fee.. Ive emailed on several occasions within the last week please... The email confirmation is not very detailed that the booking was made before 12 July 2020 12.01

Worst travel agents and worst customer service. I normally don't complain but I have been waiting on my refund from last 6 months and they are not helpful at all. I have called them more than 10 times and all I hear is that your refund is in process and CSR's are rude. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

My flight was on April 10, and I needed to cancel my flight or reschedule it due to COVID19. I've tried all contact details and email but no response apart from generic email that they're trying to request refund from the airline. I'm 100 confident airlines would have already refunded money

We have also lodged a case against them. We got through on the phone yesterday and the call handler categorically stated that there is no way they can issue a credit note unless the flight is cancelled. This goes against their own T&C's as well as the Airlines, for which they are obliged to adhere to. As a travel agent they hold our funds in trust until we take the flight, then make payment. I believe they are doing their best to hold on to all our funds and will no doubt be insolvent soon.

Out of curiosity, did anyone hear anything from the ACCC? Australian Consumer Affairs? Or anymore from Travel2be? I went to complete a complaint form with the ACCC but I couldn't find an ABN. And still can't get through to Travel2be at all.

Hi Jake, Yes Travel2be contacted us and are in the process of refuding us. They say it can take up to 90days so we are waiting.

Contact Skyscanner via facebook. I think they were the ones who took our case further and got onto travel2be

I want to cancel my current booking for QF-648 flight but cannot do this without your help. I have requested you on 17th Mar 2020 (requested ticket#3404501) but no response from your team. Yes, they don’t reply by email. I send them so many emails and they just ignored it. You can try and call them, they do answer but the call will cost you so much many and plus they don’t have a clue on what is going on about flights. So basically you waste your time and your money as I did. Never again

Lots of luck with your request. I finally got a response through a request sent via their website - (have you tried this) - but they want to charge me 50 euros per person and then an additional 165 euros cancellation fee per person despite the fact that the airline is not charging a cancellation fee. When I challenged them on this I received no response and now find my emails are returned marked "undeliverable" so no joy here. Tried to contact Qantas but 2 hour wait on the phone and they have no email address . I want Qantas to allow me to cancel but I reckon I will have no joy. So frustration all round. Will never ever book through an online Booker ever again .

You should have received an email from them once u booked and it would have ur booking number. Maybe check your junk mail.
