I booked through Tripmonster in September 2022 a trip to the UK in July 23. I have a some information through to say that my flights have had a slight change of time. Now when I contact Lufthansa to ask about re-booking or 'what', they will not discuss anything booked through Tripmonster. Please has anyone any advise...no email, contact details or anything.
Hi is anyone here able to confirm that they received their tickets after bookings a flight with tripmonster? Just booked a ticket and I’m getting tensed because of all the reviews I’m seeing on here, can anyone confirm to have traveled successfully after booking with them? Please
I received my tickets and travelling is fine. The issue is if any changes are made to your made flight. They will refuse to provide a refund.
See my original review. Agree with TJH that as long as you or your airline chosen have no changes you will be fine. If you need to change anything, be prepared to fight, this won't be straight forward. Good luck!
@Shirline , did you receive your ticket. I did not make any changes to my ticket but the airline says there is no booking under my airline reservation code. If you did receive your tickets, were you able to chek in via airline webiste or trip monster
@shihan P I did receive my ticket the next morning and even called the airline to confirm If my booking is legit and they confirmed my flight status and even sent me an e ticket from the airline. I have not traveled yet since I’m to travel in 3 weeks time but so far my flight has been confirmed
How can i change my flight date No answer or email or phone
You need log in first then go to your booking, click your booking the you will see the option, maybe their will charge you.

My sister booked tickets from TRIPMONSTER,a going and return flights from finland to philippines l and philippines to finland last night. But when they already paid, they got an email saying they will receive their confirmation ticket online AFTER 72 HOURS. Sounds not good to me.. what do you think? Is this legit

Did you get the tickets within 72 hrs ?.. I recently booked tickets and am still waiting to receive them after 24 hrs.
Your response would be really helpful as I need to get started with the visa process.

Hi Faris, yes, the tickets were confirmed to the airline even in the airport. Tickets also received after 2 days
