Is Unsold.com connect to save70 travel? The website of Save70 is very similar to Unsold.com which went bust last year owing disgruntled clients their hard earned money.

I wouldn't go for it as Unsold jibbed many people and got away with so much money!

I bought 2 weeks on the Sunshine Coast 2 years ago but when l tried to use them found that Unsold.com was no more. Filled out the refund request form and was advised would receive refund within a couple of months (this was 4 months ago) but still nothing any advice would be appreciated.

Yes I bought a 4 nighter through them but am convinced they scammed people as I never got a refund and when I phoned the contact number I got an elderly lady who couldnt understand me????

I have 2 vouchers for Gold Coast and made a claim as they cancelled my booking but no refund to me.

I contacted the ACCC and they were not able to be of any help!!! Sorry, I think we might have been duped!!!

Wow That is a BIG financial loss. I haven't contacted ACCC. I just felt it was a lesson to learn. If it was a large aount I would have done so. If you are I am happy to add my oice.

Yes I did- they tried to talk me into another holiday first but eventually I did receive my refund

Hi there. After doing some research and a smart alec email (Live Chat) to BOOKVIP.COM who are an affiliate of theirs, I got a refund. I wasn't expecting anything to come to fruition but the cash is back in my account. Best of luck.

Steven R. What info did you need to provide? I never actually received an email from them when I purchased originally but was told that a screen shot of my account would be fine to have as reference back then. Did you need to provide proof of payment?

. Has anyone’s Bank approved their credit card claim for a refund of their booking fees paid to external link ?

We did place a refund claim against them with our Banks Credit Card Company; without any luck.

Your one of the lucky few. When was this? So you didn’t fill out their form? We got stung £800.00 total with 2 bookings and zero back from Unsold.Com or through our Bank (Credit Card claim).

Hi! I paid $360 for accomodation in Darwin 13 months ago! Now I found out that booking is not available. Unsold.cod offered the form for refund, what I have done, but no confirmation, no contact, no money back. Looks like end of srory? Thanks Luba

I can!! I had calls and messages when I kept posting bad reviews from Rhory who is an executive overseas. Her number is +6745561099 Hi Jeff, My name is Rhory. I'm with the management team. I called earlier. I may have called you late at night and I do apologize for that. As mentioned earlier on the voicemail I left you, I sincerely am sorry for the honest mistake of reporting your Trustpilot review as a non-genuine one. We do get one of those and instead of reporting someone else's, it was yours.

Thank you Jeff! Sounds like you really rattled the cage - great job! I'll see if I can get Rhory on the phone. She might have vanished into thin air by now, who knows. I have also just lodged a dispute with my bank to get the money back, but I'm not expecting much. I definitely learned my lesson... Thanks again Jeff, appreciate it!

Hey guys! Was this for unsold.com scam!? I lost my booking that I only paid for 2 months ago! I went to book it as I’m flying to Italy next week and their site is now stating they’re out of business! I want my refund! Please let me know if you have any luck Mona :)

Hi Aquila, yes, it was for Unsold.com. I've tried emailing and calling them in the US. Email came back with an automated reply that's pretty much the same as the website landing page and the phone line goes straight to an answering machine. I left a voicemail, but I doubt anyone will listen to it. My bank has confirmed that they're working on the dispute which is probably the only way of getting any money back. I would suggest you try and get in touch with your bank and/or credit card company. Travel insurance might pay for it if you have it. Good luck!
