Hi, I own a snap 4, and a snap ultra, and I would like to know if I can put the covers from the 4 on the ultra? Baby has spewed through the ultra and I’m having trouble removing the stains.
Will this fit in the airplane overhead compartment? I boight one but I find it a little bigger than my old compact stroller. I'm a bit worried that they will not let me bring it with me.

Hi there, Thank you for your question. The Snap 4 will not fit in the overhead compartment of an aeroplane. However we do think it's still the perfect travel stroller, as it's super lightweight, sturdy and folds compact.
You must check with the airline first, although most will accept it at the door of the plane and provide it once you've landed.

Hi Femi. No, unfortunately the Trend 4 bassinette can only be used with the Trend 4 stroller. You will need to purchase the Snap Internal bassinette to be used with the Snap 4. Hope this helps.

Hi I have a valco baby snap trend duo. I have it for 18 months now. There seems to be something wrong with the mechanism of the front wheels. It is very hard to push, won't swivel. It only works well when going straight if the wheels are in the correct position. Is there something to do about this or do the front wheels need to be replaced? If so where do I get them from? Hello! I purchased the valco baby snap ultra and have been using it for 18 months now. the front wheel has become hard a bit stuck, it is fine going straight but when you need to turn the pram it needs a very hard push - this I'm sure is damaging the pram further. Do you have any tips?
Have you accidentally locked the front wheel? There is a little mechanism on the front that, when pushed down, locks the wheel to go straight.
I wasn't aware of this but no it wasn't locked, I did just pull the wheels out and give everything a wipe down and spray with WD40. Did the trick!

Hi, I was we have a Valco Snap 4 and due to budget restrictions are looking at buying some second hand accessories. Will any of the bassinets from other Valco prams fit on the Snap 4? If so would you be able to provide which ones? Will any of the toddler seat (i.e. Runabout Joey Seat) fit on the Snap 4?

Hi Jacinta, Thank you for your question. For a variety of reasons, bassinets and other add-on accessories are made to fit a specific model range. The bassinet compatible with the Snap 4 is the Snap Internal Bassinet (N9202).

I went to baby kingdom and found the latest version of Snap Trend 4 does not have the UV mesh expanda hood? Can you confirm this and why this feature was removed? I can see some second hand trend 4 on gumtree that has this UV mesh.

Hi, is there any possibility of replacing the compartment under the Snap Ultra 4 pram? It already has micro tears in the fabric even though I haven't been using it for more than three months nor have I had anything heavier than 1-2kg in the compartment. It's so disappointing because otherwise the pram is great.
Yes, if you contact Valco Baby they sell replacement parts, they may even replace yours under warranty given the age of the pram:)

Hi there, Thanks for your question :) Yes, the Snap Ultra Duo Tailormade is available in Charcoal as well as Coal Black. Our newest duo model is the Trend Duo, available in Denim, Charcoal & Grey Marle. However, the seats are not reversible like they are in the Snap Ultra Duo Model.
