Finding it rather slow, like I want to push it faster because it's slow? Have I got a dud or is it normal to walk turtle speed behind it?

Gday Megan, well, I found the one I had cut to fast and didnt cut properly, a saying in the turf management industry is, the slower you go the better the cut, but you are always going to walk faster than your mower..its normal..

Does anyone know if there is much difference between the V170 series of the corvette 400?

The Victa V series are Chinese clones of Honda engines, I suggest you go to a proper mower shop and spend the extra to get a Briggs & Stratton equipped Victa, it will last longer and parts are readily available and cheap and servicing costs are cheaper then Honda and Honda clone engines.

Bought a Victa Corvette 400 today. Soon as I got it home before first use front chrome stickers that say VICTA fell off. Whats going on here?

They need to be stuck back on, superglue the thing. It's proof for if ever it breaks down, blame Victa.
