Well I purchased mine new from the crowd in Byron Bay and only got a one year warranty. Having said that my experience is tha Australian consumer law always gives much better protection than any warranty. In your case however you would need evidence of the sale as the burden of responsibility always falls on the vendor not the manufacturer/wholesaler. So you would need evidence of when and where it was purchased to even have a start otherwise you could only complain to the Manufacturer/wholesaler and rely on their good graces to respond. My screen has run out of grunt but I still get it to work by cleaning it thoroughly every time and feeding fruit in slowly and waiting for each piece to process. $75 for a new screen was a bit beyond me at that stage. Hope that helps but I do not think anyone is going to acknowledge your 5 year warranty without evidence.

Hi Jenny, The Hurom juicers that we stock are the 400, 500 & the 700. The 700 is the latest and all have slightly differing features. I would recommend to view the below link on our website which will help with differences in the models.
