Does the solid plateof the q3200 fit on the q3200N
Hi Ian, thanks for your question. When you say solid plate, are you referring to the half-hotplate? If so, the Half Hotplate (product code #6506) is designed to suit Q300, Q305, Q320, Q3100, Q3200, Q3600 Q models.
The half hotplate (product code #3400137) is designed for Q3100N+, Q3200N+, Q3600N+ models.

Looks like there are alot of people who want the trolley to be able to be separated from the family Q. I am also one of those people. Our cart is in perfect condition yet the BBQ elements have rotted away. Such a waste of money to have to buy a new trolley

can yu put two hot plates on a built in family Q
Hi Charlie Unfortunately the Family Q is not designed to have two hot plates as this stops the airflow of the barbecue and could result in your barbecue not getting hot enough or could cause a thermal event and melt your cook box. If you have any other questions please let us know
I am having trouble fitting the front panel of the bbq stand. The right hand side is fitted securely but I cannot get the left hand side to clip in. Any thoughts?

Hi Ian We appreciate that the panel can be tricky to clip in. Do you have someone that can assist you with clipping it on? Or sometimes it can be helpful it take it off and start again? Or if you are struggling you can always head into your local Weber Store and ask them to help you clip it in. We hope this somewhat helps
Can I use my Webber Q bbq on a Webber family bbq stand/trolley?
Hi Melissa, the Weber Q is only able to be used with the portable cart and patio cart. As the Family Q cart is a part of the barbecue assembly and the stand is not a seperate part it can not be detached.

Hi Keiran, the Family Q is sold as one unit with the barbecue and stand. The Family Q is designed and approved by the AGA to be used on the stand and can't be removed. There is a cover for the Family Q which covers the whole barbecue including the stand.

I have to replace one of the wheels on my family q 3200 trolley. How do you get the old wheel off the axle. Thanks.
Hi James, to replace the wheel you will need to remove the current wheel cover which you can do by using a flat head screw driver or similar to gently pop the cover off. Once the cover is off you need to remove the wheel pin and then you can slide off the wheel.
Before you remove the current wheel and replace it we would recommend to prop the barbecue up for your safety so the cart doesn't fall as you change the wheel over.
