Hello Stephen, Yes, the mattress cover is washable. You can wash it at up to 60 degrees Celsius, using a wool wash and on a gentle cycle, then hang out to line dry. The cover should be able to move freely within the washing machine. If your washing machine at home is not large enough, we suggest a commercial size machine that you find at laundromats. Be careful not to use any harsh chemicals, such as bleach and the cover shouldn't be dry cleaned. Hope this helps. All the best Andrea Wenatex The Sleep System

I have had mine 15 years and they are still like new..I follow manufactures instructions to the letter and wash every 6 month as recommended.. I Love my bed so relaxing for my back...

Is it possible to cut the mattress down to fit the bed on our yacht which is a queen width at the top and reduces down to a double width.

Yes,to be on the safe side have washed by a professional. Do not dry clean under any circumstances if your washing machine is 10 kg loading wash on DELICATE CYCLE ONLY.
Yes, most certainly it can be washed. The top and bottom pieces can be separated and if they will fit in your washing machine you can do it yourself, but it is probably better to have it professionally done. DO NOT under any circumstances dry clean it. I was told (by the rep) that one half would fit in a. 5kg washing machine. It did not fit too well in my machine, so professional washing is best.

Can anyone help me? In Nov 2013 we purchased the complete king size wenatex system with the adjustable base, mattresses, doonas and pillows. We find it agonisingly hard to sleep on and it is too hot as well! I was just undergoing surgery for breast cancer at the time of our purchase and cannot find the sales docket but have the finance agreement still current. Can someone with their guarantee tell me what it covers please? I desperately want to recoup some of our outlay. I believe their advertising was false especially with regard to the River Pebble design of the mattress. The picture on their brochure looked good but the depth of the contours is less than 1 inch, not even as much as a $25 piece of egg crate foam! The herbal underlay gave me terrible hayfever. I have tried contacting Orthotex and also CPAP Direct who both seem to sell the product however to date no luck with anyone getting back to me. Question: what does the guarantee cover??
Wenetax went into liquidation back in September 2014. You won't get your money back. I gave them $3000 and only received 2 quilts and 2 pillows. The solicitor that's dealing with the liquidation says no one will get much back, 5% if you're lucky and willing to wait.
What do you do if you wet the bed? As ut goes thru the mattress.
Sorry i cant answer that as ive never wet the bed . Also its not being used . Its leaning against the wall in the spare room as i find its not suitable for my back, Maybe its just me ?
