In my experience with World of Books most of my purchases have arrived around the time that was specified. Occasionally an item might arrive the day after the specified time. If I have been concerned I have contacted World of Books and they have always answered my concerns promptly. Usually it has been suggested to wait a couple of more days after the specified date as often the postal service is the reason for the delay. World of Books have always asked me to let them know if the item fails to arrive as it can then be addressed.

Hi Ros, count on ten days if you live interstate in a rural location. Australia Post will keep you updated on line through their tracking system. My last order arrived in my post office box here in rural SA right on the tenth day.

probably the disruption with COVID19 - ordered 23rd March - now 13/4, but Easter gets in the way! might be there next week! am in Melbourne! not rural by any means!

I had no problem as my books were sent promptly. Try checking with the Post Office.Times are becoming difficult.

Well surprisingly this company is not Australian. It has a .com.au, but the books are coming from England and any issue with a book you have to return it to England :)

I have always received my books quickly, but it may depend on what part of the world they are sourcing your order. I did receive one book about a month after my order buy the others came quickly. Give them time but if you are concerned try emailing them as I have found them good at answering problems, regards, Ruth

While a time frame (usually 10 working days from when you are notified of dispatch) is given I have always allowed a couple of additional days to cover unforseen issues. At 15 working days I would contact their customer service to see what is happening.

I would imagine the order should arrive fairly soon. However if you are concerned I would contact World of Books as in a similar situation I did this. I received and answer with the suggestion of waiting a few days and if the order didn't come then contact World of Books. I found my order came either the next day or the day after.

I find it quite useless asking you a question as we are not even answered.!!! Before Christmas we ordered a book Who's who in the Bible by readers Digest. It has never arrived. My bank statement shows that the amount of $23.09 was debited to my account on the 12th of December 1019.

Twice I have sent an email to WOB using their own website and twice they have NOT replied to those queries.
I would rate that as a FAIL.

Why does WOB have an 'email us' function on their website if they don't bother to answer the emails?
