Hi there, we are looking for a mattress that keeps the sleeper fairly cool and is breathable as we overheat in our current one. This mattress ticks a lot of boxes, but can anyone give advice on the hot/cold aspect of this product. Many thanks
In all honesty i would advice against it. My opinion on it seems similar to the ones that have complaints aboit the issue with this matress ... yet it seems they have high positive reviews which is so confusing and odd. Hi there, I bought my queen bed in Apr 2019. It started having a sag last year around the mid section. I had to put a pillow underneath to boost it up. Can you replace my mattress with a firmer one ?

Hi I am planning to buy a new king size mattress and am considering the zzz Antelier black label 7 zone mattress. Have read many reviews but I am wanting some feedback from people who bought this mattress 1 or 2 years ago. How is it now?
Hey Jim, I have a mattress from a couple of years ago. It is still snuggly and sturdy. The zones are still all working properly. It is an awesome mattress and well worth buy one. The black label is an improved version which I also have as well. The pillow top section is warm and inviting and not course and hard like other mattresses

Could you confirm your latex and all materials are natural and chemical free? I saw the post about the person saying they had to leave it on the porch due to the worrisome chemical odour.

Hi, I can't say if the materials are natural and chemical free as I'm only a customer. As we got the mattress almost 2 years ago my wife and myself just can't remember if it smelt or not but it certainly doesn't smell now. But I will say to you that to our mind Best Mattress ever !! We are still getting the best sleeps ever.. FYI: we are both over 55 and both have bad backs and the mattress has been such a god send .I would suggest get one and try it like we did as you can always send it back during the trial period if you have any issues.

What warranty is on this mattress? My mattress which is just over 3 years old has a pronounced and visible V shape towards the centre. This rolls you to the centre of the bed and it means you need to pull yourself out of bed using the side of the mattress...not ideal. The pillow top seems to have collapsed as well which does not bode well for the mattress. I did not think it would wear out so soon. The bed has become Very Uncomfortable as a result. Extremely disappointed given the reviews it received. THe bed says it has a 15 year warranty - I bought it through mydeal.com.au who are doing their best not to answer me. do you support the product and can I get a new mattress please? Veery disappointed.

Clearly no one is reading this - I have written twice to the vendor who sold me the mattress with no follow up past some crap that they could not find our order...I had such high hopes for this mattress but clearly all of the reviews were in the "honeymoon" phase where the mattress is fabulous for the first year or two....it is at the point now that my wife and I have to hold onto the side of the bed and pull ourselves out of the trench in the bed. 15 year warranty my butt!!! Clearly no one is listening as they will not respond to the messages I sent...we'll soon see about this...

I paid $320 delivered, initially first 3days took some adjusting but have settled in and it feels good in my back.

Am so impressed reading all the reviews here and I was about to purchase a $700 one from Ikea till i came here. Now my question is on Ebay the queen chiropractic black label is sold for $250 with seller name as zzz atelier , is it the same store or a fake one?
Definitely not a fake store Heidi. I purchased my mattress with them about 2 months ago. They are very good to deal with and delivery is very quick. Hope that helps.
