it in the container it was purchased in, so I am not sure how it can fray in such a short time. After calling customer service, I was advised it was not their problem.

I think it's very well made and after one use I am happy with the product. Will review again after a few more uses.

have used it for the last 5 days and everything that is advertised is accurate, the unit turns itself off after 30 minutes and leaves your legs and feet buzzing. My legs & feet feel light as though i have had a really good massage, the machine is not noisy (which was probably the reason i hesitated buying it). The only thing i can't attest to is the longevity of the machine. I love it and have definitely recommended it to my friends and family.

doesn't come with optional extras mentioned in the manual nor can you purchase them or any other parts. I tried to purchase extra skewers and they said I had to purchase another whole unit. you want to do something simple, like roast some veg or cook a quiche. It ends up being guesswork, but the defaults for the various modes are fairly well thought out. The selector knob is 'iffy' in operation and is best turned slowly. Very good bowl capacity and will take separate dishes inside of it.

into inch wide 'chips' and SO easy to 'Chopzilla' piece by piece. All pieces are the same size - looks fabulous when soup is served. Definitely a time saver. Cannot wait for summer to do the softer veg items.
