but not if you're buying through Sheridan. The original advertised price for this Standard Pillowcase was $99.99 (I was always under the impression that this would be for 2 pillowcases as the photo of this pillowcase shows 2 pillows on their website under the advertised item). Then the item was marked down to $50.00 and even at $50.00 in my opinion its expensive, always assuming that the price was based on 2 pillowcases. Well you can imagine my disgust when I received the item as the package included only 1 pillowcase! Who in their right mind would pay $99.99 for a standard pillowcase in the first place? I've asked to be removed from their mailing list

that in certain light they may look pale (ie white!)... very different colour from their ad. Have not returned them as white useful but their ad shows a totally different colour. Beware!

pillow cases literally fell to pieces a few months ago and now the fitted sheet has split across the bottom. I have inexpensive sheets which have given me over 20 years of use and would easily go for another 20 I reckon. Something sure isn’t right here.

feeling like I have a heavy object on top of my head. They have never lost any fluff and never thinned, so I am not sure why are there so many bad reviews. I would buy them again. I have got other thicker ones from Sheridan, and they are also good. Some of them I had for over 20 years, and they still look remarkably new. Never thought they would last us this long.

barcode error.
I asked Sheridan to redeliver the towels, as I couldn’t collect them during week days and received a suggestion to ask a friend to do that for me. I had to take time off work to collect them, BUT AGAIN was refused to collect my parcel due to the same error, that I mentioned to Sheridan over an email.
Further, I was contacted by Sheridan, they told me that my parcel was lost.
Firstly, I don’t know if I was looked after by one person, as I never received a name and the facts that were discussed in the beginning of the conversation were missed by the end of it. The latter left an impression that either my perspective was ignored or I was lied to.
I was not offered a redelivery, or delivery of new sets. I was only offered a refund, which I had to ask for.

are still shedding a lot - and worst of all they are pilling/matting (particularly the bath towel). I really don’t believe that they are made from the quality long fibre Turkish cotton they claim to be. Pretty sure they will become thinner due to the shedding and hard/scratchy due to the pilling. Also, they are small so you are getting less towel for your money.

to sleep under. Pillow slips are rough to sleep on. Nothing like the quality of the sheets I am still using that I bought just two years ago. I also had a problem with a set of percale sheets, and ended up just not using them. I am finished with Sheridan, and will be looking around for other quality sheets when I am ready to purchase more. Very sad to see such a good company evidently make short cuts for profit that affect the quality.
Bad Pillow – No structure in the pillow. after a couple of hours, your is basically on your mattress. Medium??? i thought i was buying a quality pillow, big mistake.

mattress, and yes it is the right size. Sheridan tried to correct by sending me a king sized flat sheet, and a second queen sized fitted sheet. What that was supposed to fix I have no idea. I ended up with two queen sized fitted sheets, neither of which fits, and a king sized flat sheet that hangs on the floor. I have broken finger nails, and sprained my wrist trying to get these fitted sheets over the mattress. For the sake of 2 cms extra of fabric at most Sheridan has lost my business and my respect in their brand. In frustration I have just split the seam down one corner hoping it would somehow help. My fault, completely ruined the sheet that otherwise could have possibly used on a double bed. It certainly doesn’t fit a queen. The sheet has been laundered correctly.
Brought the Adkins 700 tc for our bed have been using them for years great product now when they start wearing my wife cuts them down for the dogs… Read more

every wash - long thin strands are coming from the elastic. I contacted Sheridan about this fault and was told that it is normal wear and tear and that washing it in cold water contributed to the problem.
Sheridan used to be a good brand. I had used them over 40 years. They are no longer worth considering. I am now an ex customer.

this on the last day of winter 2020 and it was WAY TOO HOT to sleep under. I was so hot under this quilt that I couldn't sleep and had to change quilts during the night. I was sceptical as soon as it was delivered because it's about an inch thick and seemed way to heavy to be a summer quilt.
As it was too hot to sleep comfortably during winter, then it wouldn't be suitable for spring and it would be impossible to use in summer when night time temperatures are often in the 20's. Even though this product didn't serve the advertised purpose, Sheridan refused to provide a refund due to hygiene reasons.

quite the opposite. Pillows are flat when you lie on them, even when stacked up one on top of the other. Very disappointed, perhaps should have tested before buying but high expectations from Sheridan were completely dashed with these completely useless pillows. Sheridan did not live up to it's name with these. Would NOT recommend!

purchased from the sheridan outlet and everything has been a bit dissapointing. After speaking with customer care today (who were very informative and friendly) I understand that the products coming out of the outlets are not the same quality products you purchase from a store. The Sheridan Apsley 300Tc Sheet Set are an example of this substandard quality. They are sooo rough. They really don't feel like soft cotton they truly feel awful - hessian is too strong a description but you get the drift. I understand from their helpdesk I have not been washing them in their recommended eucalyptus wash and spinning them too fast however just changing these 2 things would not turn a pigs ear into a silk purse they are still awful. I do not recommend the Sheridan Apsley 300Tc Sheet Set. Sorry sheridan - I suggest you discontinue this product they are damaging your brand.

Avoid this product range – Expensive and terrible, these towels were purchased on the Sheraton online store. Hydrophobic and still shedding even after 6 washes including washing with their recommended wool wash. Our bathroom is covered in blue fluff.
