vehicle and confirm the price. Upon arrival I was told that it would cost extra for what I wanted. The price increased by $46 to $399. The car is in great condition although needed a polish especially on the bonnet as it was stating to feel a little rough. We also specifically requested that the inside surround of the boot be cleaned and polished. Upon pick up the car appeared as though it hadn’t been polished at all. It was still rough in places and had polish smeared on the handles and near the windows. We asked for this to be rectified. Ravinder (manager) came over with a polish pad and a bottle of spray and started polishing the bonnet which was making a difference so this tells me he hadn’t done this prior. He also tried to tell me that they rough the bonnet before painting it in the factory. He treated me like an absolute fool and basically stole the $399 as he didn’t put any effort into the car even though he promised the world at drop off. Don’t be take for a fool - never take your car here for anything. So disappointing.

through. Only now upon checking their Facebook page do I realise that they are no longer operating indefinitely. Absolutely no effort was made on their part to contact me to let me know this. Not a single courtesy call or anything. When I originally booked a few weeks ago, the woman on the phone was quite rude and unfriendly and made me feel like I was wasting her time. She was doing her best to push me off the phone so she could hang up. This was 3 days before the company stopped operating so she would have known she was wasting my time but didn't bother to tell me. This is poor customer service on their part. Don't bother with these guys if they open up again.

for me and I visited my nearest Waves Car Wash a few times and was always really happy with the result. Team members are friendly and helpful, happy to chat if I have ever been waiting in a queue while the cars in front of me are cleaned. I have now taken up a subscription and visit whenever my car is looking the worse for wear! I'm really happy with the service and how my car looks and feels after it's been cleaned.
Amazing & efficient services – Well appreciative of their services...got done a carpet and seat shampoo for my car...courteous staff ...moreover well satisfactory as it turned out to be immaculate, well groomed and squeaky clean. Worth every dollar....

Not possible to leave with a clean car! The auto car wash leaves all the bugs and stuff on the front of your car and if you try to wash it yourself… Read more
the brush is that soft its doesn't actually do anything but you cant tell until you rinse your car because all the foam covers it so will cost you another $10 to attempt to clean it again. You waste money waiting on the spray wax to start (because at least 30 seconds of your time is wasted waiting for the product change to completely change) only to find out it's empty or not working and don't get me started on the "dryer" waste of time and money to come home with a wet and dirty car. To top it all off you have to pay by taping your card no option to pay cash but charge you a surcharge for using card payments $.50 on top of a $2 vacuum. So if you want to see how many times you can be ripped off in under 20mins in the same place definitely visit warilla IMO car wash.
After scrubbing the front and back of my car looks the same as when I started all the marks around the grill came off after using my shirt sleeve to wipe them off (new car so was not overly dirty to start with but work in a quarry so need to wash it weekly)

valid for 12 months and now 14months. Expiry was not stipulated on the receipt nor website at time of purchase. Staff were rude and aggressive. Two different staff members patronised my mum and said they were the managers… I would not recommend and will escalate this.
Car wash – Used it won't recommend it wouldn't use it to clean your toilet USELESS!

He too was disgusted.
Kim’s charged a little more than the shonky detailer I used the day before but his work is absolutely outstanding!
I highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking at having their car PROFESSIONALLY detailed.

Rip off extra charges terrible cleaning job – Quoted a cleaning price, they inspected the vehicle, I triple checked it would be that price. Then upon returning to collect vehicle they’ve added on an extra charge. And they stated “I don’t care about return business.”

The next time I went to check was a couple hours later and they were packing up. They told us not to go into the motorhome as they had just disinfected the whole thing and it needed an hour or two to dissipate. Took them at their word that they had in fact cleaned everything and asked specifically about a few hidden spots to which they confirmed.
We got a huge shock when we went to have a look at it later to find that they in fact had not touched over 80% of the motorhome and all of the living spaces. We provided photo and video evidence (a couple attached as examples) of all the areas missed listed below: - All floors - Pull-out Pantry - Cupboards x 2 - Overhead cupboards x 3 - Cupboard and drawer next to door - Under seat storage bins x 2 - Flooring - All 6 kitchen drawers - Behind passenger seat - Wall next to passenger seat - Under the cabin cushion - 2 x drawers under the bed - Wardrobe walls and shelves - Storage bins next to bed x 2 - All windows, ledges and panel next to windows - Kitchen walls & powerpoint - Seating area walls - Toilet area walls, floor and shelf
Essentially all of the living areas! I called him straight away to which he pretended to be surprised at missing all of that and, in our back and forth, agreed to a refund for not providing the service we paid for, only to turn around and send back a measly $120 out of the $650 we paid him! He is refusing to come back to finish the job or provide the full refund. Their head office were also shocked at what happened and tried to convince him to provide a refund.
We now have to try and source someone to come out asap which will set us back likely weeks for the sale, not to mention a second fee.
I'm not one to leave bad reviews and prefer to sort things out in private, but this is an absolute disgrace. Stay well clear, they pry on honest people and might scam you out of your money.

Despite repeatedly providing very positive feedback regarding other elements of the detailing, including the excellent job in removing a large stain, my pleasantries, smiley faces and words like ‘amazing’ were completely thrown back in my face and instead, I was labelled as “mean”.
I don’t believe that being aggressive and forceful when providing feedback is the right way to resolve issues but turns out being respectful, appreciative and friendly doesn’t get you anywhere either. Some professionalism from Mr-Steam would have resulted in a very different review.
