over $200 for a full vacuum, wash and polish (inside and out) on my Hyundai Kona. Not only did the service take significantly longer than promised, but when I picked up my car it had clearly not been cleaned to an acceptable standard.

The interior was still dirty, with visible white flakes all over the centre console and dashboard. The door handles were covered in brown smudge marks, and when I opened the sunroof, the glass and roof area had not been cleaned at all.

To make matters worse, my plastic floor mats were missing. When I spoke to the staff member who cleaned my car, he admitted he had accidentally put them in someone else’s vehicle and left only the fabric mats underneath. Despite acknowledging this mistake, he refused to offer any compensation and only suggested re-cleaning the car on the spot, which wasn’t possible as I had to get to work.

I then asked to speak to the manager, Deep. Initially I was told he wasn’t available, but after calling the number provided, he appeared from the office. The interaction that followed was completely unacceptable. Instead of addressing the issue, I was accused of lying, called “crazy” and a “horrible person,” and told I had “karma coming.” When I tried to clarify that I believed the mats had been misplaced rather than stolen, he dismissed my concerns entirely.

I asked to review security footage, but he avoided showing the relevant parts. I also explained that I don’t live nearby and couldn’t return, but he said that wasn’t his problem. He briefly offered $30 compensation, which wouldn’t cover the $90 car matts or fixing the incomplete services, then withdrew that offer altogether.

Unfortunately, I had already paid in full, trusting that I would receive a professional service. Instead, I was left with a poorly cleaned car, missing items, and extremely unprofessional and disrespectful treatment.

I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

shoulder just made it too tricky. Interior had some dust, bit of sand (definitely nothing major, don’t go to beach etc), sheepskin covers on front seats needed a vacuum. Told them not to bother with backseats as they were covered. It was dirtier than it’s ever been but generally pretty good.

I wanted to get it properly clean again and then I’d just start doing it again each week. Thought a MagicWash (exterior-and interior) would be fine but just incase I paid the add on price to have an interior detail. This was probably excess to what it needed but for the extra $30 thought they would spend a bit of extra time on a decent vacuum and wipe down. All up $105. Didn’t expect the quality of a $40 clean and didn’t expect or need a full detail in any way whatsoever.

I booked online after reading descriptions of the services offered. It also stated online my service would take 40min.

Got there, handed over car to an unfriendly guy who proceeded to clean it. 19 minutes later I get a text saying car was done.

I thanked him and opened the passenger back door to put some things I’d removed back in. The minute I opened the door it was beyond clear they hadn’t opened it. In the plastic protector at the base of the door frame there was debris. That drew my eye to the floor mat. Had not seen a vacuum since I did it a month ago.

I was astounded. Told them it wasn’t good enough. He told me he’d fix it. As did, I calmly explained to someone who said he was the boss(but didn’t seem quite sure) what had happened and made it clear I’d be checking the car over before pulling away. He looked at me like it didn’t register or maybe he just didn’t care.

Anyway, that’s what I did. After 10 minutes (still 11 min short of the 40min I was booked for) he said he was finished. I checked. Somewhat cleaner but bits of debris on mats and seat covers and console. Still just as much on carpet anywhere but in footwell. I completely would have understood if there was sand deep in the carpet but I showed him that the pieces ‘jumped’ when you ran your hand across the carpet. Outside wash was ok but I’d just had paint protection applied so any dirt literally glides off with water.

I complained again. He asked if I booked online. I said yes. He said, it wasn’t good to book online because they couldn’t clarify the descriptions and explain that the services I chose only included a quick vacuum. I told him I paid $105 which included the add on interior ‘detailing’. I would have complained just as much if I’d paid $40 and expected less. He kept dismissing me and gaslighting me, insisting they’d done their job well and that’s what you get. When I told him I was not accepting it he rolled his eyes. I was livid by now. I said ‘F#%k it’ I’ll leave a review instead and hoped in the car.

He kept insisting it was done well and they never want their customers to leave until they’re happy. I said, ‘Ok, I’ll get out and wait until I feel as happy as when I got here. I can wait all day’. His boss came over and the guy cleaning started feeding his boss rubbish that I’d told him to go ‘F himself’. I told him to make sure he was telling him the truth if he was going to diss me behind my own car door.

My car was again brought back and this time he offered to check it over with me. It looked decent enough by then (nothing special but no longer substandard) until I opened the boot. No better than the day before. He grabbed the vacuum and it was done. I got in car ready to take off (noticing a few particle on console rubbers but they are removable and just needed to be given a shake). I was happy to do that myself if it meant I could leave.

As I was about to, he opened the passenger door and was like a changed man. Gave me a $65 voucher that I could only use at their handwash and his phone number to call him next time I wanted to come. He asked where I lived and I told him my suburb. He realised I’d come a long way. I told him I’d come because of their 329 5-star reviews. He seemed surprised.

By now I just wanted to go. I said thank you and that I was sorry I was angry but I told him he couldn’t advertise one thing, not deliver, gaslight me, be dishonest about our interactions to his boss and then expect me not to be.

Anyway, I have no intention of using what was clearly a bribe voucher to avoid a negative review. Maybe 329 people were willing to accept or perhaps they were paying the $20-$40 for a basic wash. The wash that they openly admitted was all you’d get no matter what you paid.

Make your own decision but I can assure you I wouldn’t have taken this much time out of my day to write this if I were lying.

through. Only now upon checking their Facebook page do I realise that they are no longer operating indefinitely. Absolutely no effort was made on their part to contact me to let me know this. Not a single courtesy call or anything. When I originally booked a few weeks ago, the woman on the phone was quite rude and unfriendly and made me feel like I was wasting her time. She was doing her best to push me off the phone so she could hang up. This was 3 days before the company stopped operating so she would have known she was wasting my time but didn't bother to tell me. This is poor customer service on their part. Don't bother with these guys if they open up again.

the brush is that soft its doesn't actually do anything but you cant tell until you rinse your car because all the foam covers it so will cost you another $10 to attempt to clean it again. You waste money waiting on the spray wax to start (because at least 30 seconds of your time is wasted waiting for the product change to completely change) only to find out it's empty or not working and don't get me started on the "dryer" waste of time and money to come home with a wet and dirty car. To top it all off you have to pay by taping your card no option to pay cash but charge you a surcharge for using card payments $.50 on top of a $2 vacuum. So if you want to see how many times you can be ripped off in under 20mins in the same place definitely visit warilla IMO car wash.

After scrubbing the front and back of my car looks the same as when I started all the marks around the grill came off after using my shirt sleeve to wipe them off (new car so was not overly dirty to start with but work in a quarry so need to wash it weekly)

valid for 12 months and now 14months. Expiry was not stipulated on the receipt nor website at time of purchase. Staff were rude and aggressive. Two different staff members patronised my mum and said they were the managers… I would not recommend and will escalate this.

didn't realise how bad the swirls were until I saw the car after. Looks better than when I bought it. Sam knows his stuff — IGL Coatings installer, takes his time, doesn't rush the job. Easy to book, showed up, car was done when he said it would be. No dramas. If you're in Canberra and want it done properly, don't waste your time elsewhere.

He too was disgusted.

Kim’s charged a little more than the shonky detailer I used the day before but his work is absolutely outstanding!

I highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking at having their car PROFESSIONALLY detailed.

and the prices were very reasonable. The staff, a family owned asnd operated business have been going for many years, and were caring and friendly. Even though they were quite busy, I did not have to wait long at all, and I received a complimentary coffee at the attached cafe, at which I also ate lunch. The cafe servied Vietnamese food and the service was attentive and the food very nice. This will be my go to car wash from now on.

detailed. It was a disappointing result. The area around the hatchback area hadn’t been touched and neither had the interior of the petrol tank area. We had to polish out some marks on the paintwork too. Poor service for a comprehensive detail as advertised. Steer away.

checked in one them once, about an hour or so in, and was shown boot area which was done well and progress being made on the cabin. The next time I went to check was a couple hours later and they were packing up. They told us not to go into the motorhome as they had just disinfected the whole thing and it needed an hour or two to dissipate. Took them at their word that they had in fact cleaned everything and asked specifically about a few hidden spots to which they confirmed.

We got a huge shock when we went to have a look at it later to find that they in fact had not touched over 80% of the motorhome and all of the living spaces. We provided photo and video evidence (a couple attached as examples) of all the areas missed listed below: - All floors - Pull-out Pantry - Cupboards x 2 - Overhead cupboards x 3 - Cupboard and drawer next to door - Under seat storage bins x 2 - Flooring - All 6 kitchen drawers - Behind passenger seat - Wall next to passenger seat - Under the cabin cushion - 2 x drawers under the bed - Wardrobe walls and shelves - Storage bins next to bed x 2 - All windows, ledges and panel next to windows - Kitchen walls & powerpoint - Seating area walls - Toilet area walls, floor and shelf

Essentially all of the living areas! I called him straight away to which he pretended to be surprised at missing all of that and, in our back and forth, agreed to a refund for not providing the service we paid for, only to turn around and send back a measly $120 out of the $650 we paid him! He is refusing to come back to finish the job or provide the full refund. Their head office were also shocked at what happened and tried to convince him to provide a refund.

We now have to try and source someone to come out asap which will set us back likely weeks for the sale, not to mention a second fee.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews and prefer to sort things out in private, but this is an absolute disgrace. Stay well clear, they pry on honest people and might scam you out of your money.

take it back when it was convenient for me. Returned the car on Thursday - another person - didn't speak English. Called his boss who immediately denied it couldn't be them that caused it - refused to listen and spoke over me. Asked for his ABN and said he wouldn't give it to me and hung up. Checked with ASTIC and he his ABN lapsed 2 yrs ago. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Employes are mostly older men who do not speak English , their slow and obviously cannot be trusted.
